I had a lot of time without wearing my red jeans (click here to see how I've worn them)- this time I decided to paired them with a sheer blouse as a cardigan, a simple tank top, and touches of leopard. The sheer blouse is originally super elegant, I know I would wear it as a button up to. This is another "modified outfit"- I wore it to school without the fedora and black flats. However, I got out super early of my first final so I spent the day with my parents (they are visiting from Venezuela). Can't wait to see what you thought of the outfit.. once again: thank YOU SO MUCH for stopping by! XOXO

Yesterday, Sunday, I really wanted to go to the beach- but I wasn't in the mood to wear a swimsuit or deal with sand. I remembered that there's a park in South Beach called South Pointe Park where you can walk around and just enjoy the beach- very California-ish . However the last time I was there, we went through the beach (a no dog-allowed zone)- so I had to carry Chiki for a little bit. When we got there, it was even better than I expected; it's a doggy park/jogging trail/children park/relaxing park. We took a lot of pictures, I hope you like them! Happy Monday! XOXO

One of my goals, besides sharing my daily outfits, is showing you that Miami is so much more than beaches and shopping- even though it's a relatively new city, there are amazing places to visit. A couple of months ago I heard about this abandoned stadium in Key Biscayne so we decided to check it out. This amazing marine stadium was used for boat races, floating concerts, and more... but Hurricane Andrew destroyed it in 1992. The view of the Miami skyline is GORGEOUS and I was speechless because of the graffitis- every single corner of this stadium is covered with a graffiti (even all the seats as you can see in the pictures below). Even though the entrance is prohibited, we weren't the only ones there taking pictures. I hope you like the pictures ( I wanted to share the hundreds of pics we took!) Have a great Sunday and week! XOXO
FELIZ DOMINGO!

I've mentioned before about my love/hate relationship with jeans- the problem is that I feel that people wear them way too much, to the point that if you look closely when you go out: it's like we are wearing a uniform. There are so many types of clothing, colors and textures... why wear the same thing over and over? I know it's easy, you just have to pick a random shirt on your closet and you are ready to go. But I like to challenge myself- maybe that's why I'm actually wearing them for the 1st time on this blog. I wore a similar version of this look to school on Friday- platform shoes and a big tote instead. However, I adapted it to go out with my bf at night. Also, I added a pop of color by wearing my favorite lipstick of all time (for all of you interested: 305 HOT by Covergirl). Also, I wanted to share that a super talented follower in Venezuela sent me this bag- she was so sweet :) That's it for today! XOXO
ME ENCANTA! (Mary Gaby, si estás leyendo esto: UN MILLON DE GRACIAS!). Eso es todo por hoy! Un abrazo giganteee!

When I was trying this look on, the first thing that came to my mind was "this is SO Miami". It's the perfect outfit if you have to run errands or be outdoors without melting. I really tried to make the bag the center of attention because of its gorgeous color (and I swear, the pictures do not give it justice, it's even more spectacular in person). I wanted to wear my orange shorts so I could colorblock, but I decided to tone it down with neutral colors. On Thursdays I don't have to go to school so as you can imagine, I wore this to do some groceries and walk out my little dog. I hope you have an amazing weekend! I really appreciate you stopping by! It means the world to me!

I just wanted to share a couple of pics from a final project. For those of you who just found the blog, I started studying Fashion Merchandising a couple of months ago and I love it. One of the classes I'm taking is Visual Merchandising, and the final project was to create a mini display window or a miniature store. You could do absolutely anything and any product, the only requirement was that the box measured 14X14 inches. For inspiration, I decided to walk around the mall- I saw someone with a crazy amount of Victoria's Secret bags and I was like "that's it" (and the outside of the box is painted with stripes). Then I entered the store and I headed to the perfume section. When I was paying for the perfume, the back wall had huge B&W pictures of the models so I got my inspiration from there too. I was so excited and proud of my work that I kept tweeting and posting the pics on Facebook but I really wanted to share them here too. I hope you liked it! I promise I'll take a lot of outfit pictures this weekend! XOXO

I spent most of my Sunday doing a final project for school- I was so excited about it that I kept posting pics on Facebook. I think I'm going to dedicate a full post here just because I'm so proud of my hard work. While I was covered in pink paint, I got a text from my friend/blogger/boutique-owner, Tati- she invited me to have a super late brunch so I headed midtown. I wanted to wear something casual but still a little put-together; I got this shirt the other day at Forever 21 and I felt in love with it (and it's only $14)- I'm sure you are going to see it here A LOT. I also imagine this shirt+necklace with a simple black shirt and nude pumps for a ladylike/feminine look. Oh btw... a lot of you thought I cut my bangs; but I didn't. I was wearing clip-on bangs- I love them, they look so natural. However, I really want to get a makeover :) Thanks for stopping by. XOXO
