Colorful birds!

The past week was an on-going thunderstorm in Miami- we were even excited on Tuesday, when we took these pictures, because there was a little bit of blue in the sky. I think I mentioned before that my mom was visiting me (and spoiling me) from Venezuela, and for her last day in down we went to have lunch at my favorite sushi place with Gabo and then we headed to the mall (she needed my help to find some shoes). And the funniest thing happened there- while my mom and I were inside a store, someone stopped Gabo to ask him if he was my boyfriend (and he was THRILLED about it lol). The past couple of days have been super chill, I guess I'm really in vacation mode- I've been so casual and my heels are on vacation too. This time I wanted to wear my favorite dark red jeans, I can't believe how much I've worn them, with a colorful bird print. Finall I added a chunky necklace and a pair of sunglasses with the same colors (dark red and purple). I hope you like this casual look! XOXO

La semana pasada no paró de llover en Miami- más bien el martes, cuando tomamos estas fotos, nos impresionamos porque teníamos días sin ver un pedacito de cielo azul. Mi mamá estaba de visita consintiéndome- el martes fuimos a comer sushi con Gabo y después la acompañamos al centro comercial a buscar unos zapatos. Nos pasó algo comiquísimo- mientras mi mamá y yo estabamos en la búsqueda de los zapatos, alguien paró a Gabo para preguntarle si era mi novio...no nos podíamos parar de reir. Los últimos días he estado bastante casual...mis tacones han descansado y he optado por diferentes opciones, como estos oxfords. Quise volver a usar mis jeans favoritos, todavía no puedo creer todo el provecho que les he sacado, con una camisa de pajaritos de colores. Finalmente agregué una cadena, originalmente de una cartera, y unos lentes de sol que justo son del mismo rojo en las patitas y de un morado como el de los pajaritos en el marco.
