Ultimate classics…with FRYE…

Besides the classic black or nude heels, if you ask me about a timeless pair of shoe that you must have in your “klozet”…I would definitely say a pair of lace-up oxfords in a go-with-everything neutral color.

I recently updated my favorite pair (after some crazy wear over the years) with this pairfrom FRYE. I was a curious to read a little bit about the company and I couldn’t believe that it opened in 1863…and they even supplied thousands of boots to soldiers during World Ward II. The brand has an incredible heritage and the quality is AMAZING (they are so committed to quality that it takes more than 190 steps to make a pair of FRYE boots…crazy!!!)

Back to my outfit:  I love how camel looks with black and white so I went for a timeless combination (definitely inspired by the oxford shoes), and I added a big hat I recently got and it is now my favorite!! Thankfully, the weather in Miami has been very nice lately. We love living in Downtown and walking around….so Gabe and I just walked to our favorite restaurant, had a delicious dinner, and enjoyed a romantic walk back home…that’s the dream, right <3

Aparte de los tacones color negro y nude; si me preguntas por un par que toda mujer debe tener en su "Klozet", también agregaría a la lista unos oxfords de color neutral como los que llevo en este post.

Hace poco tuve que cambiar mi par favorito (después de usarlos por años y años) por este par de FRYE. Me dió curiosidad leer un poco sobre la marca y no podía creer que llevan en el mercado desde 1863..y que hasta hicieron miles de botas a los soldados durante la segunda guerra mundial. Y se nota que llevan tantos años en el mercado, la calidad es increíble (también  leí que les toma 190 pasos para hacer unas botas FRYE…¡que locura!)

Volvamos a mi outfit: a mi me gusta mucho como el color camel se ve con blanco y negro..así que opté por una combinación que nunca pasa de moda (y que definitivamente fue inspirada por los oxfords). Agregué este sombrerote, lo compré hace poco y de verdad que se ha convertido en una de mis piezas favoritas. Menos mal que el clima ha estado cooperando y pude usar esta chaqueta sin problema. A nosotros nos encanta vivir en Downtown y poder caminar…cosa que en Miami no es muy común. Este día fuimos a nuestro restaurante favorito caminando- estilo citas románticas en la tele <3 maja.
