Baby blue...

I wore this last week to be part of an event hosted by Neutrogena (more on that later this week…today I'm just focusing on the outfit). That day was raining like CRAZY (which messed up my hair in minutes). It was raining so bad that we had to wait more than one hour to get off the car- and then it looked like we needed a kayak to get to the house.
