Lolli Swim swimsuit from InStyleSwimwear H&M baseball hat

I wanted to spread the posts from Culebra so there was a little variety to the blog- I didn't want so many swimsuit posts together. As I told you before, I was in Puerto Rico with a couple of friends (my boyfriend and some of my friends are from Puerto Rico). These pics are from the second day, which was the most gorgeous in terms of weather...and we spent the WHOLE day at the beach. We ate, tanned, jumped from the boat..and had so much fun! About the otufits: I originally wanted to wear this polka dotted swimsuit with the big bows- which is actually very flattering on small booties like mine...and well, the big bow on the back is just too cute. However, I need we were going to be jumping around...so I changed to a bikini that wouldn't fall off that easily. I hope you like the pictures! XOXO

Quise esparcir los artículos de Culebra para no aburrirlas con tantos posts playeros con trajes de baño. Como les conté, estuve en la isla con un grupo de amigos y la pasamos espectacular. El segundo día fue el día que más aprovechamos en la playa como tal...nos hizo un día hermosísimo y la playa parecía un paraíso. Comimos, tomamos sol, brincamos/payaseamos, y disfrutamos al máximo. Sobre los "outfits"; originalmente quería utilizar este traje de baño de lunares con el lazo atrás- el cual me parece muy favorecedor si no tienes mucho derriere, como yo! (y el lazo es un toque espectacular). Pero lamentablemente sabía que ibamos a estar brincando, y me quise cambiar para la playa como tal. Al igual que el post anterior, espero que las fotos hablen por si solas!

Today's look caused a little controversy on instagram - my fault: I asked people if you thought they were palm trees or cannabis leaves (the big conclusion was: colorful cannabis). No matter what they are- it is still a fun/colorful print with SOME type of leaves. I have been wanting to wear it for a while- but I didn't want to portray something that I'm not (I don't do drugs..at all!). However, I still really like the print and I ended up wearing it for a very casual and chill Sunday....we just went to get smoothies and to the park. Since the print is the focus of the look, I kept it very simple (just my new favorite booties and one of my all-time favorite bags). El outfit de hoy causó un poco de controversia en instagram por su estampado- en donde les pregunté si pensaban que eran palmas tropicales o cannabis. Sea el tipo de hojas que sean, siguen siendo tropicales y de un color muy llamativo. Llevaba tiempo queriendo usar este set pero no quería representar ni incentivar a nadie a nada. Pero cuando lo pedí por internet, de verdad no pensé que era nada "malo"... y me sigue gustando mucho el estampado. Así que decidí usarlo un día extremadamente relajado...de esos de merengadas y paseos tranquilos. Como el estampado era tan llamativo, no quise agregar muchos accesorios- al contrario, mantuve el look simple con mis botitas y cartera favorita. Espero que les guste el look y que piensen como yo, que es solo un estampado de colores bonitos :). Un abrazo grandotote!
