OK, so I need to stop procrastinating and start posting photos because I already feel this was ages ago. We took these photos last month and I already feel my belly is twice the size (6.5 months vs 7.5 months NOW!).
I wore this to a few events in February. The first one was to a Victoria's Secret lunch celebrating the launch of their new perfume part of the Bombshell line. If you follow me on IG, you probably saw the stunning set-up and we all got beautiful denim jackets that said "HELLO BOMBSHELL" in the back. You all know I'm a sucker for denim jackets.
I was the first one there and basically the last-one to leave. I loved seeing all my blogger friends, especially in such a cute environment with delicious food.
Then I headed to my first baby event with Baby Dove. It was really interesting to hear from a pediatrician and start learning as much as I could.
This outfit was comfortable to wear all day, but still cute and put-together...plus perfect for SPRING!!!

Ok. So the main reason my husband Gabe wanted to go to St. Petersburg was to visit the Dalà Museum. Not necessarily because he is the biggest Salvador Dalà fan, but because he really wanted to photograph it (photographer first world problems, I know!).
We got there and it was breathtaking, a little smaller than expected but still BEAUTIFUL. When you get there, the first floor has a souvenir section and a little cafe. The second floor has the permanent and current exhibits. And finally, there is the garden. It is a must- visit if you go to St. Pete.
My favorite piece was Dali's Lincoln. When you look at it up close, it looks like a naked woman staring at a beautiful sunset. However, if you take your phone out or go back enough, it turns into a portrait of President Lincoln.
About my look: I got these plaid maternity leggings a few months ago at ASOS. I thought they were fun, young, and still comfortable for pregnancy. I want to do a remix with them because I know they look a bit harder to style than they actually are.
I also LOVE the shirt, I wasn't sure if I should get the "preggers" tee or this one that says "Le Bump". I thought this one was cuter, but I still like them both. Final touch: a pop of red and a cool sunnies!

As I shared last season, I’m part of the Denizen® from Levi’s® jeans Style Council (so exciting!!), and I love seeing how the other girls are wearing these incredible jeans. It’s true, they DO flatter and fit women of various body types amazingly… plus, because of the affordable price-point (they’re available at Target) you can express your style while staying on budget!
I recently took a trip to Jamaica with my husband…and besides my swimsuits, sunglasses, and sunscreen, my DENIZEN jeans had to come with me. I brought the Modern Shorts for daytime outings, the Modern Cropped Flare for a dinner night and the Modern Ankle Skinny for traveling.
Let me show you how I styled them in Jamaica.
When I was little, I had to use corrective orthopedic shoes for the first five years of my life. I remember going to the mall with my mom and staring at shoe stores just daydreaming about the day I could wear all those styles…that’s when my healthy shoe obsession began! Nowadays I still can’t wait to try out a new style!

Y la primavera llegó... ¡lo que significa que llegan nuevas tendencias!! Ustedes saben que a mi me encanta mezclar y hacer mis remix con las piezas que ya tengo; pero también creo en invertir en ciertas piezas cada temporada para mantener tu "Klozet al dÃa y a la moda.
Cuando era chiquita, usé zapatos ortopédicos hasta los 5 años. Recuerdo que pasear por los centros comerciales con mi mamá y quedarme embelesada viendo los zapatos en las tiendas y soñando con algún dÃa usar diferentes estilos.
Hoy estoy muy feliz de colaborar con DSW para mostrarte mis 5 tendencias favoritas para esta temporada. ¡Definitivamente hay una para cada personalidad y son todas muy versátiles!
1. Espadrilles:
Espadrilles are the go-to style for Spring and Summer- especially if you are heading to any tropical vacation. This pair from Indigo RD is only $39.95 and it goes with absolutely all your favorite Summer outfits. I love the chic ankle tie too. This time I paired these light canvas shoes with my “exploring-a-new-city” outfit: some cool high waisted black jeans, a simple striped tee, a red bandana around the neck, a denim jacket, and a straw boater hat! You can also wear it with a flowy dress over your bathing suit or with a floral romper- so versatile!
Las alpargatas es uno de los modelos que nunca falla para la Primavera-Verano, especialmente si vas a hacer turismo en un destino tropical. Este par es de Indigo RD ($39.95) va con todo tipo de outfits veraniegos. Esta vez lo combiné con unos jeans negros, una camisa de rayas, mi bandana roja, y mi sombrero favorito... este es como el look perfecto para explorar una nueva ciudad. También puedes usarlo con un vestido suelto sobre tu traje de baño o con un romper de flores- versatilidad al máximo.
2.Athleisure
The sneaker trend isn’t going anywhere…and I’m not complaining, ‘cause my feet aren’t either! Even though I’m only 5’2, I absolutely love the “Athleisure” trend and how it’s appropriate to wear sneakers basically everywhere! You can go for a classic pair of white sneakers but I feel this season is the time to be a little more daring- these satin blush Madden Girl sneakers are EVERYTHING. Think pom poms, perforated leather, bows, embroidery, etc.
I went for a comfortable grey shirtdress with a super cool floral bomber that matched my blush sneakers perfectly. You can also wear this edgy pair with boyfriend jeans and a light sweater or white overalls and a cute crop top.
La moda de los zapatos de gomas o sneakers no va a ningún lado.. y ¡no me quejo! (mis pies tampoco se quejan!!). Aunque solo mido un poco más de medio metro, amo la tendencia atlética y como podemos usar sneakers para todos lados. Las temporadas pasadas vimos muchos sneakers blancos sencillos pero este año arriésgate un poco más. Por ejemplo, estos de un tono rosa pálido con una bolita peluda son de Madden Girl.
Inspirada por el color de los zapatos, quise usarlos con un bomber floral del mismo color rosado. También tengo pensado usarlos con unos jeans estilo boyfriend o con una braguita blanca y crop top.
3. Embellishment
Add excitement to a basic shoe style with sequins, pompoms, embroidery, you name it! I love pumps and I love this modern take on pumps with its denim color, chic block heel (that’s also embroidered!!). This Jessica Simpson pair is definitely a head turner. You can wear them with denim (all denim with pops of red is so perfect for Spring). I can’t wait to wear it with a light white midi dress!!
Dale un toque divertido a los zapatos clásicos con lentejuelas, pompones, bordados, etc. A mi me encantan los tacones cerrados y este de mezclilla con bordado y tacón grueso me pareció . Este par es de Jessica Simpson - puedes usarlo con un look completo de mezclilla (a mi me encanta todo denim con los toqes de rojo!), ¡pero también quedarán bellas con un vestido midi blanco!
4. Minimal Sandals
Some days you just want your outfit to shine; and that’s when a minimalist sandal does its job! Go for a nude minimal sandal to elongate your legs! Because I am still obsessed with velvet, I had to get these CL by Laundry Velvet Sandals; the color is perfect, the kitten heel is hotter than ever (and oh-so comfortbale!), and the price? Just $39.95!
The luxe velvet texture inspired me to wear this for a night-out with the hubby. They go perfectly with a blush metallic skirt, white top, and statement earrings! You can also dress them down with jeans or a pastel colored romper!
Hay dÃas que quieres que tu outfit sea totalmente el protagonista; y ahà es cuando las sandalias minimalistas hacen su trabajo. Por ejemplo, los dÃas que quieras alargar tus piernas, busca unas del color de piel. Yo, que todavÃa sigo obsesionada con el terciopelo, escogà estas de CL by Laundry Velvet Sandals; com pueden ver, me encanta este tono rosa y el tacón bajo las hace cómodas pero elegantes para cualquier ocasión.
La textura elegante del terciopelo me inspiró para usarlas con una falda metalizada del mismo color; un top blanco, y unos aretes muy llamativos. Pero estos tacones también visten a unos jeans sencillos o a un romper de tonos pasteles.
5. Slides
Ok. I think this is my favorite trend for Spring 2017!! This style is backless and open toe, and they can be easily worn casually and formally. These red slides from Aldo add a little height (which I always appreciate!), and they are so comfortable! They also come in tan and black, but this shade of orangy-red makes a statement no matter how you wear them. While shooting them, I wanted to wear them with absolutely everything! You are going to see them a lot on the blog! They look amazing with cocktail dress..and well, more of a hipster-looking outfit!
Ok, creo que esta es mi favorita . Este estilo es el más fácil de usar tanto en ocasiones casuales como formales. Estas son de Aldo y ni se imaginan lo cómodas que son (pero me dan un par de centÃmetros extra, cosa que siempre aprecio). Vienen en tan, negras, y en este tono de rojo-anaranjado (que se ve bellÃsimo con lo que utilices). Me costó mucho escoger que outfit porque básicamente querÃa usarlas con todo. Estoy segura que las verán muchÃsimo en el blog.

Today, we are partnering with Viktor & Rolf and their addicting fragrances “Flowerbomb” and “Spicebomb” for a fun his and hers photoshoot in perfect time for Valentine’s Day.
We all have heard about Saint Valentine and how he performed weddings for soldiers who were forbidden to marry Christians. However, it wasn’t until the 18th-century, in England, that it evolved to a day where lovers showed their love by presenting flowers and sending greeting cards (known as “valentines”).
For me, Valentine’s Day is a reminder that every day should be V-day. Every day is the perfect day to show your significant other how you feel about them…remind them, even in the simplest way, that “I’m addicted to you”.
After a couple of months of a great friendship, Gabe and I started dating. He instantly became so attentive and sweet- he loves treating me like a princess. Back in January 2007 I told him: “don’t spoil me so much”. He completely ignored my advice and continued to spoiled me every single day for the past 9 years. It still feels like that first time he kissed me.
How can I even explain this “addiction”? The way he makes me feel, how attentive and sweet he is, how we can escape from reality when we are together, his smell, etc. I’ve talked before about how much a smell can remind us of a time, place, and feelings. Flowerbomb and Spicebomb were made for each other (like us? corny alert!). Spicebomb is the perfect fragrance for him…a mix of spices- chile and saffron- and masculine touches of leather, tobacco and vetiver.strong. On the other hand, Flowebomb feels like an explosive bouquet of floral notes!
But more importantly, I love feeling that we are our better selves when we are together…I truly believe that it’s not only the way person makes you feel but also how you bring out the better version of each other.

Seguro han oÃdo la historia de San ValentÃn y como casaba a soldados a escondidas. Pero no fue hasta el siglo 18, en Inglaterra, que esta fecha se convirtió en un dÃa donde los enamorados se mandaban flores y tarjetas a las que llamaban"valentines".
Para mi, el dÃa de San ValentÃn es más que regalar flores o chocolates...es un dÃa para recordarnos que todos los dÃas deben ser el DÃa del Amor y de la Amistad. Es el dÃa perfecto para recordarles a nuestros seres queridos que los amamos.. y a nuestras parejas que "son nuestra mayor adición".
Ya les he contado un poco de nuestra historia, de Gaby y yo. Empezamos a salir después de un par de meses de ser muy amigos. Apenas nos hicimos novios, Gaby se convirtió en este ser TAN atento y dulce- no importa el pasar de los años, me trata como una princesa. En enero del 2007 le dije "no me malcrÃes tanto". El ignoró mi consejo y ha seguido"malcriándome" (léase "consintiéndome) todos los dÃas de los últimos 9 años.
¿Cómo explicar esta "adicción"? Son las cosas más simples, como me hace sentir, lo cariñoso que es, como somos "solo el y yo" cuando estamos juntos, su olor. Yo siempre les digo como una fragancia puede transportarte a un momento y recordarte de lugares y situaciones especÃficas. Las fragancias Flowerbomb y Spicebomb fueron hechas una para la otra (¿como nosotros? ¡que cursi! jaja). Spicebomb es la fragancia perfecta para el- con toques masculinos de cuero y tabaco pero con una mezcla exótica de especias. Mientras que Flowebomb es una explosión de aromas florales.
Lo más importante es que me encanta que somos las mejores versiones de nosotros mismos cuando estamos juntos. Realmente creo que no es solo como la otra persona te hace sentir si no también quienes son cuando están juntos <3

Gabo hasn't stopped wearing his combat boots; and they are a great option for men who don't want to wear sneakers all the time but they don't want to look too dressy in work shoes. Also, getting a couple of V neck tees is a great idea; they are extremely versatile and they have it at stores like H&M for $5. Finally, encourage your boyfriend/brothers/friends to stop by their uncles/grandpas/dads' closets... the belt that my boyfriend is wearing was his grandfathers, and it's still as current. If you liked the look, don't forget to share it with the men in your life!! XOXO

Menos mal que Gabo encontró sus botas porque no se las ha quitado; y son una buena opción para hombres que no quieren estar en zapatos de goma pero tampoco quieren estar en zapatos de vestir. También les recomiendo a todos los hombres tener varias camisitas en V blancas; en H&M las venden solo por $5 y van con todo. Finalmente, recomienden a sus novios pasar por los closets de sus abuelos/tÃos/padrinos/papas... la correa de mi novio era de su abuelo! No olviden compartir esta sección de "His Klozet" con los hombres de su vida!! Un abrazo inmenso!

I have been trying to turn Saturdays into #hisklozet 's official day (so now we have Wednesday Remix and HisKlozet Saturdays). Gabo had been looking for a pair of boots to wear with his pants since forever- thankfully the weather in Miami is a little better by now (well, thankfully we are indoors with A.C most of the time). Last week we went to the mall twice because of the event with Baker and the collab with Loft; so we stopped by Aldo. There, he finally found the boots he wanted...and at a reasonable price. It's crazy how men don't have that many affordable options when it comes to shoes...we, women. are lucky! The shirt Gabo is wearing came in a goodie bag from Swim Week...every time he wears it, someone compliments him- so he decided to feature it on the blog haha. Hope you are having an amazing weekend...it feels like a Monday for me, I had classes all day. Yeah, I started a Masters degree...but I'll tell you more about later! XOXO

Y poco a poco los sábados se ha convertido en el dÃa de #HISKLOZET. Gabo llevaba tiempo buscando unas botas para usar sus pantalones- y menos mal que la temperatura ha mejorado un poco en Miami. La semana pasada estuvimos en el centro comercial tanto por el evento de Baker como por la colaboración con Loft, y pasamos por Aldo. Ahà finalmente encontró unas botas como las que estaba buscando y a un precio relativamente económico para ser botas de hombre. Definitivamente las mujeres tenemos mucha suerte en cuanto a los zapatos, hay muchÃsima variedad de tiendas con zapatos económicos. La camisa que está usando Gabo me la dieron en una bolsita de regalo durante una pasarela en la Semana de la Moda de Miami- pero cada vez que se la ponÃa, todo el mundo le decÃa algo de la camisa. Espero que estén disfrutando su fin de semana- para mi hoy fue un lunes, porque tuve mi primera clase de postgrado (siii empecé un postgrado, ya les contaré más)..
¡¡Un abrazo gigante!!!
