The day started at Niketown where we had breakfast and got inspired by these amazing speakers who told us their marathon experiences. Then, they reveled the Tiffanys necklace that every runner would get at the finish line (love it!). After that we had the whole day to do whatever we wanted - Mercedes from Be chic mag and I decided to hop on a tour bus to get to know the city (little did we know we would walk it the next day at the marathon). I absolutely fell in love with the city; the houses, the view, the weather, the sea... We also stopped by the park where the Full House intro was filmed. Later that day, I had an early dinner with Flor (Flor de Maria Fashion) at an amazing peruvian restaurant! My camera died while we were taking the pics so I'll update this post in a couple of hours! XOXO

This weekend I had the opportunity to go San Francisco thanks to Nike- it was an amazing weekend and this is just one of the posts I', planning to do about the trip. So, I'll start with Friday- my flight was very early but it arrived at noon to San Francisco so I had time to rest, walk around and spend time with the other bloggers. Later that day, I met Flor from Flor de Maria Fashion- she's like my big sister, I adore her; I feel like I've known her for years. We decided to go to Zara and then we headed to a Nike event called "Run the runway". This event was hosted by Cat Sadler from E, and 50 girls "run" the runway showing the new Nike collection- and at the end, a group of judges chose the most stylish. I loved the whole collection and it made me think that I shouldn't get just black workout clothes- you can be stylish at the gym too!

Last week I posted the first outfit inspired by a celebrity- a lot of you really liked the idea of getting the look for less so I'll try to make this a weekly (or bi-weekly) section on the blog. This outfit was inspired by the supermodel Miranda Kerr; I really liked how minimalistic and simple it was, the only bold thing is the lips! Miranda was wearing burgundy pumps, but since I don't own a pair similar to those I paired the outfit with these floral Mary Janes. Miranda's shorts cost over $500 and she's wearing a Miu Miu bag that retails for $1,500- my total look (including the lipstick) is under $100!! I wore this outfit to run some crazy last minute errands before packing for San Francisco. I hope you are having an amazing weekend! XOXO

Remember I told I spent Wednesday afternoon with Tati from Furor? We did a mini-photoshoot with things from her store and it was so much fun- it's like we were little girls again playing dress up and model/photographer. One of the things we were planning was a giveaway- but we are not sure if you girls prefer a gift card or a bag like this one (she also has it in black). Right now I'm in San Francisco for the Nike Women's marathon- can't wait to show you pics (and I'm so excited because I'm going to meet Flor from Flordemariafashion.com). XOXO... oh and don't forget to tell what you think about the giveaway!

I haven't posted this week because of class- I spent around 8 hours there and I came back home super tired, but I love them all and I'm sure excited about the projects I'm going to be doing. Yesterday, I spent the whole afternoon with Tati from Furormoda.com- we were planning some things together, and she was the photographer of the day ( you rock Tati!). It was so funny because we are like little girls playing dress up. About my outfit: I'm in love with this scarf- I love the white skulls and the way it transforms any outfit (it also reminds me of the Alexander McQueen scarves but for less.. a lot less!). I'm packing because tomorrow I'll be posting from a different destination, can't wait to tell you! Thanks for stopping by!!

I promised I was going to share all my looks- no matter if we only took a couple of pics or if the quality isn't as good. I was supposed to spend my Sunday at a special event for Telemundo and "Club de Noveleras" (Soap-opera club) as an exclusive blogger- but it was postponed due this weekend's storm (for all of you in So.Flo, I'll let you know the date). I don't know why we wanted to eat 100 montaditos- it must be because the sandwiches are amazingly delicious! Since we were in Midtown, we stopped by the graffiti's and found a wall with cute colors. I really wanted to wear this "dress"- I put the quotation because it's actually a mid-length skirt. I added a belt so the shape would be flattering as a dress- I also added the vest and the platforms so it looked more casual. I'm sure I'll wear it again this week but as a skirt this time! Have a great week! XOXO
