This was another of the looks from the video "We live, we blog, we dance...."- I liked a lot too so I saved it to wear it later. I haven't posted until know because I was planning to wear it again in NYC- but the weather is not cooperating with me haha. I wore this a couple of months ago to go to a Clarins event with latina bloggers (I'm sure you guessed it was a while ago because of the not-ombre hair). I have been trying the Clarins products so wait for a BeautySunday about them. Gabo is visiting me here in NYC until tomorrow and we have been taking pictures like crazy- but I don't know why, I've been wearing so much B&W...there's definitely something about New York that makes you wear darker colors. Este fue otro de los looks del video "We live, we blog, we dance...." que me gustó tanto que lo guarde para usarlo luego. Esto lo utilicé hace ya unos meses (como pueden ver por el cabello mucho más largo y sin las mechas californianas) para ir a un evento de la marca de belleza Clarins. Ahí aprendí pequeños truquitos sobre como aplicar las cremas y también he estado probando varios productos que ya les contaré en un "BEAUTYSUNDAY". No se porque desde que llegué a Nueva York he estado usando tanto blanco y negro... hay algo de esta ciudad que te hace querer usar colores más sobrios (al menos a mi me pasa). Gabo ha estado desde la semana pasada visitándome y hemos tomado muchísimas fotos pero quiero intercalarlas porque son todos looks B&W . No fueron planeados, creo que fue por traer la menor cantidad de ropa posible y que combinara toda entre si. Pero bueno...espero que tengan una bonita semana!! Un abrazo inmenso!

The past weekend was the "South Beach Wine and Food Festival" and I wanted to stop by and check out the Pavan Mobile- I absolutely adore the Pavan team, I had the chance to spend time with them in NYC because of the trip I won with them... and they are the sweetest! Inside the truck we got to taste different drinks with Pavan.. and the most delicious food thanks to the Chef Michael Shikany (the sliders were to die for!!). Since the weather has been a little crazy lately, I improvised with a light sweater and my swimsuit underneath (just in case I actually wanted to go to the beach). I made the mistake of wearing heels since the truck was on the beach beach...but nothing like taking your shoes off in the sand.  I also have a fun video below...hope you like it!! XOXO

Este fin de semana fue el "SOBE Wine and Food Festival" y aproveché para visitar al equipo de Pavan- con el cual tuve la oportunidad de compartir en Nueva York gracias al concurso que gané con ellos. Adentro del autobús nos estuvieron consintiendo con diferentes tragos y comida del chef Michael Shikany (las hamburguesitas que van a ver abajo estaban de muerte lenta...yumm yumm). Como el clima de Miami está un poco loco; usé este suetercito delgado encima de mi traje de baño (por si me daba la locura de querer meterme en el mar)... y bueno no estaba segura si lo de Pavan era al aire libre y me fui en tacones (aunque debí haberme llevado mis sandalias bajitas, no hay nada como quitarse los zapatos en la arena). También les dejo un video debajo...espero que les guste!!

Being a little crazy!

I'm a little upset because the colors are a little wrong in these pictures -especially the skirt which is a really bright coral. Yesterday was an extremely rainy day and the weather made it seem like we were using a gray filter on the camara. Well.. let's talk about my outfit! One of my favorite shirts was a lace shirt from Forever 21- but as everything from that store, I wasn't expecting it to last forever (*REMIX HERE**) So I replace it with this one from Jolie Molie (excellent quality and I know I'm going to wear it a lot too). Since the main focus of the look was the bright skirt, I kept the look very neutral and simple. Also, I'm in LOVE with these shoes; I felt like my "shoe collection" needed an update and these from  LoveShoppingMiami were exactly what I was looking for (can you believe they are only $34!?). I hope you liked this look with a romantic vibe- also you can switch to flats and it's the a put-together look for the summer! Hope you are having an amazing weekend! XOXO

Estoy un poco molesta porque el color de esta falda no se aprecia bien en estas fotos (es más neón)- estuvo lloviendo todo el día y parecía que la cámara tenía un filtro gris. Pero bueno...les cuento de mi look!  Una de mis camisas más usadas era una de encaje de Forever 21- pero como todo lo de Forever 21, no esperaba que durara toda la vida (**REMIX AQUI**)- así que quise reemplazarla por esta de Jolie Molie, la calidad es excelente y se que le voy a sacar mucho provecho. Para que el centro de atención fuera la falda coral de  StyleGodis, mantuve el outfit bastante neutral con cremas/blancos. Ahora sobre los zapatos: hace unos meses sentí que necesitaba "modernizar" un poquito mis zapatos, y estos de LoveShoppingMiami son exactamente lo que quería- aparte que pueden creer que solo cuestan $34!! Espero que les haya gustado este look con un aire romanticón- también al usarlo con unos flats/sandalias nude, se vuelve perfecto para el día a día veraniego. Un abrazo grandísimo, espero que esten disfrutan su fin de semana!
