Last Thursday was one of the best Thursdays ever... I had so much fun with TOUS and some of my favorite Miami girls. Our day started early in the morning, where we boarded a gorgeous yacht...we drank mimosas, tried on jewelry, and of course, we were catching up. After that we headed (in a limo!!- I was so excited, it was my first time in a limo ever) to the event at the Tous store at Aventural Mall. There were some of the best sweets, drinks, and gifts for everyone instagraming. Later we went back to the boat...and rest (oh yeah rest, what a difficult life). We we arrived at the hotel, we got pampered...they did our makeup and hair for a small photoshoot where we wore lots of Tous jewelry. Finally, the night ended with a delicious dinner with the awesome Tous team and our plus ones. Hope you like the pics and that you feel like you spent the day with us!!

¡¡La semana pasada pasé un día espectacular junto a otras 5 bloggers gracias a TOUS!! Nuestra mañana empezó tempranito al montarnos en un yate que nos estuvo paseando por la costa de Miami Beach.  De ahí seguimos (en limosina!!- primera vez en mi vida que monto en una) a un evento en la tienda Tous de Aventura Mall; donde habían muchos dulces, bebidas, y regalitos Tous para todos los invitados. Luego regresamos al yate, donde descansamos (algunas se quedaron dormidas...¡que mala vida!). Al llegar al hotel EPIC, nos cambiamos.. y nos consintieron con maquillaje y peinados para luego hacernos una pequeña sesión de fotos usando Tous. Y nuestro día terminó con una cena deliciosa con el equipo de Tous y nuestros respectivos acompañantes. ¡Espero que disfruten las fotos y sientan como si estuvieron con nosotras!

If you follow me on Instagram (@nanysklozet) you probably saw my excitement after the "Despierta America" fashion segment on Friday. This show is one of the biggest morning shows in the hispanic community in the United States. I'll share the behind the scenes pictures at the studio, but first I'm waiting for them to post the video on Univision.com so you can see it too. Btw, that's why I have so much makeup up...TV makeup is aways crazy heavy. For the show, I wanted to wear these cute shorts with a simple black blouse and some gold accessories. However since it was so cold inside the studios and chilly outside, I wore a warm knit sweater. Finally, I ditched my small bags and grabbed a big one because I was running around with so many things. I picked this gorgeous nude bag from Furor Moda. After returning the clothes the models used on the segment right after it aired, I headed to a fitting for a cool project I have this week. Si me siguen en Instagram (@Nanysklozet) tal vez vieron que estuve en el programa "Despierta América" el viernes (que emoción). Pronto compartiré fotos detrás de cámara en el estudio, estoy esperando a que suban el video en Univision.com para compartirlo en ese artículo también. Por eso es que estoy tan maquillada. Como van a ver, quise usar estos shorts que han visto anteriormente con una blusa negra- y ya que hacía frío en el estudio y afuera, usé este suéter vino tinto. Como tenía mil cosas que cargar, opté por una cartera grande clásica de color nude de Furor Moda. Después del segmento de moda, corrí a devolver las cosas que me habían prestado. Y luego a probarme la ropa para un proyecto muy chevere que voy a estar haciendo esta semana...ya les contaré más.  Espero que estén disfrutan su domingo, yo ando en mi día de trabajos para el postgrado. Hoy les muestro 3 maneras de utilizar unos shorts de flores. A mi me encantan los estampados florales, me parecen muy versátiles ya que puedes jugar con los diferentes tonos en el mismo. De casualidad, he utilizado estos shorts con camisas manga-larga y de formal casual. Peor también pudiesen utilizarlos tanto para ir a la playa como para salir en la noche.

 I absolutely love sitting and updating the blog- but I had the longest day today and I'm exhausted. I wore this on Monday for a fitting- we were choosing the clothes we were going to wear on today's shooting (for a venezuelan fashion store called Aishop). I can't wait to share my experience and I'm dying to see the final video! So yes, on Monday I headed for the fitting and I finally met some of my favorite venezuelan bloggers. We headed out to lunch afterwards and we had an amazing time. Check out their blogs Una Tal Luisa & My Half Fish Dying. I hope you like this outfit! Generalmente me gusta sentarme a escribirles con calma pero hoy tuve un día agotador- ya les contaré más de eso. Esto lo utilicé el lunes para ir a probarme la ropa que iba a utilizar hoy en el video que estuvimos grabando para la tienda venezolana Aishop. Pronto les contaré más de mi experiencia en la grabación pero creo que les va a encantar. El lunes me desperté más temprano de lo normal para ir a la tienda a escoger la ropa..y por supuesto a conocer al resto de las bloggeras (a quienes llevaba siglos siguiendo pero no habíamos tenido la oportunidad de conocernos). Luego fuimos a almorzar, y de verdad que la pasé genial con Luisa de Una Tal Luisa y Fede de My Half Fish Dying. ¡Espero que les haya gustado este outfit sencillo para un almuerzo con amigas!¡Abrazototes!

On our third night in Spain, we headed to a small city very close to madrid called "Alcalá de Henares" (small parenthesis, yes I changed outfits twice in a day ...hello, I was in a gorgeous country!). This city is well- known because of Miguel de Cervantes- the main plaza has his name and there is a fun statue of "Don Quijote" (check out the selfie I took with him). We walked around the city, and I absolutely loved it- I'd love to live in a place like that. After walking, we ate tapas with all my aunts that were in Spain too ( a total of 5 sisters including my mom). That day was a little colder than I expected; there was a moment I wished I was wearing pants...but that's okay!! Hope you like the pics!!

En la noche del tercer día en España, fuimos de visita a un pueblito muy lindo llamado "Alcalá de Henares" (pequeña aclaratoria: cada vez que ibamos a un pueblo nuevo, quería utilizar un outfit diferente aunque fuese el mismo día para aprovechar cada post al máximo). Esta ciudad es conocida por ser la cuna de Cervantes- la plaza principal lleva su nombre y hay una estatua muy divertida de Don Quijote y Sancho Panza.  Estuvimos paseando mucho por las callecitas, todo espectacular- y terminamos comiendo tapas con todas mis tías , 5 hermanas contando a mi mamá. Ese día estaba haciendo más frío de lo que imaginaba- hubo momentos que me hubiese gustado tener pantalones jaja. ¡Espero que les gusten las fotitos! Un abrazo inmenso!!
