Last week I had a great opportunity to be on Despierta América ( the biggest morning show in the hispanic network community). They were supposed to upload the video on Univision.com, but I don't know what happened- so here are all the pics and some of the key points of what we talked about.

It was all about jumpsuits- which are are versatile piece regularly associated with summer but it's actually very easy to layer during the winter.


For petite girls: it's always hard to find the right lengths so the best option for shorties like me is going for romper. During the winter, you can use tights underneath. The V neck is also very flattering and it makes you figure look leaner and longer.


For bigger bust: we actually recommended to be a little daring and try out a sexy open back. Having a big bust doesn't always mean having to show it, so you can for a different type of cleavage. Besides that, nowadays there are many backless bras...so no excuses!


For curvy girls: we went for a solid color (but still a fun bright color). The style the model was using was wide legged, which makes you look taller and leaner. Even though it was flowy, it still had a waistband so your little waist doesn't get lost in the fabric.

La semana pasada estuve en Despierta América Univisión hablando sobre como utilizar "jumpsuits" durante el invierno. No se que pasó con el video que no lo subieron a Univision.com, pero igual quiero compartir las fotitos y contarles un poquito de las recomendaciones que hablamos en el show.

Primero que nada los jumpsuits son piezas muy versátiles; aunque las asociamos con el verano, puedes utilizarlas con capas durante el invierno.


Para las petite: como petite me pasa muchísimo que todos los jumpsuits me quedan muy largos, por eso tiendo a usar rompers. Durante el invierno, puedes usar tus rompers sin problema al agregarle medias pantys debajo. El cuello en V del modelo que usó la modelo también nos ayuda a alargar nuestra figura chiquitica.

Para las mujeres con mucho busto: quisimos recomendarles que se atrevieran a usar jumpsuits de un estampado divertido y con escote en la espalda. Tener mucho busto no significa que hay que mostrarlo, puedes optar por una opción diferente y mostrar tu espalda (aparte que hoy en día existen muchos tipos de sostén con la espalda al descubierto, así que no hay excusa).


Para las mujeres con curvas: escogimos un color azul rey muy fácil de combinar con nuestras chaquetas de cuero. El estilo que utilizó la modelo era de pierna ancha, que ayuda a vernos más altas y esbeltas - y también le marcaba la cintura para que no se perdieron sus curvas en el vestido.

La próxima vez les aviso con tiempito para que puedan verme en vivo. ¡Un abrazo grandísimo!

Remember I told you a little bit about this awesome project with AISHOP ? The experience was just... incredible. I spent the whole day with three other venezuelan bloggers, an awesome production team (Verona Office)..to create this fashion film full of mystery and...maybe magic.

Each of the bloggers represented an element: Edmary was water, Federica fire, Luisa air, and I represented earth. The story is about a group of friends who are meeting to do something...mysterious. We don't get to what..so you have to wait for the second part!!

¿Se acuerdan que les conté de este proyecto mientras estaba en Venezuela? La experiencia fue increíble, fue un día completito de grabación para Aishop... y yo la pasé espectacular, especialmente porque compartí con 3 bloggeras venezolanas y el equipo de producción de Verona Office.

Cada una de las bloggeras representaba un elemento: Edmary era agua, Federica fuego, Luisa viento, y yo tierra. Como pueden ver en el video, la historia se trata de un grupo de amigas que se reúnen a hacer algo...misterioso. Si te quedaste con la intriga...lo mejor es que viene la segunda parte.
