If you have allergies, you already know the beauty challenges that accompany the allergy symptoms: watery eyes, red nose, and puffy face. Today,  my dear friend and awesome blogger, Carmen Ordoñez from @VivaFashion is sharing some clever tips on how to combat the #allergyFace with Zyrtec.

- To avoid a red nose: use baby wipes instead of regular ones...they are softer!
- To avoid puffy face: stay hydrated!  A good alternative to sugary beverage, try watermelon juice- they have high water content and antioxidant. Also eat high water content vegetables like cucumber, zucchini, and celery
- Place cold metal spoons on your eyelids for 5 minutes to relieve puffines.

- Para la nariz colorada: utiliza toallitas de bebe ya que son más suaves sobre la piel que los regulares.
- Para la cara inflamada: mantente hidratada. Toma mucha agua pero si te gustan los jugos, el mejor es el de sandía/patilla por su alto contenido de agua y antioxidantes. También aumenta tu consumo de verduras.
- Para aliviar la inflamación en los ojos: coloca una cuchara fría en tus ojos por 5 minutos.
