REMIX: Plaid Coat

I always get asked "How did you start Nany's Klozet?" I always tell the story on how my first blog used to be kind of "anonymous" in the sense I wasn't in the pictures at all. It all started when I shared my first remix...and I was so excited to share that it isn't about having a huge closet but about being creative and having fun with the pieces you have. Over the years I have shared dozens and dozens of "remixes" and still believe that you should never wear something unless you can wear it three different ways.

When I got this coat I was a little nervous because the print is so "in your face" that I thought I couldn't wear differently...I guess I was wrong. I love how different these four looks are...but the coat is always the main character in them!

Una de las preguntas que me hacen todo el tiempo es "¿cómo empezó Nany's Klozet?  Y siempre me emociona mucho recordar como fue por casualidad. Yo tenía otro blog, como muchas saben, y al principio era semi-anónimo...es decir yo no salía en el blog para nada. Un día decidí hacer mi primer "remix" donde les mostré 10 maneras de usar un vestido blanco y luego 12 con un negro. En todos estos años he compartido tantos y tantos remixes y todavía soy 100% creyente que no se trata de tener un closet del tamaño de una casa...si no de ser creativa y divertirte con las piezas que tienes. Nunca compres nada al menos que lo puedas usar de 3 maneras distintas

Cuando compré este abrigo estaba nerviosa porque aunque me encanta el estampado...es de esos que llaman demasiado la atención. Buscando para el remix de esta semana , me di cuenta que lo he utilizado 4 veces...y bastante distintas las 4 veces.
