Lifeguard Tower...

Sharing bikini pictures never gets easier; when I shared a sneak peek on Instagram, somebody told me to do more squats. I feel like we live in a society that tries to tell us to love ourselves but at the same time we think we can criticize everyone else (oh yeah because of "freedom of speech"). You all know that I'm all about being healthy and active...but you should do it because you want to have a long and healthy life- not because you want your butt to look bigger. Don't ever let anybody feel ashamed of your body...we are all perfect in our unique ways. I repeat, we should love ourselves- and besides exercising our body, most importantly we must "exercise" our little heart!

But okay, back to the post...I live in Miami where swimsuit season lasts the whole year- that's why I like incorporating beach posts from time to time. I found this super cute bikini at Target (I go there frequently to do my groceries, but I always HAVE to stop on the clothing department...at least to "check the new arrivals"). This bikini incorporates three of the hottest trends this season: bandeau tops, tribal prints, and scuba-diver feel. For me, it's always tricky to find the perfect swimsuit...I'm always a size bigger on top. So I was glad I could mix and match the swimsuits...and they are very affordable too. XOXO

Nunca es fácil poner fotos en bikini; hoy me mandaron a hacer sentadillas cuando puse un adelanto en Instagram. Vivimos en una sociedad que nos dice que "tenemos que aceptarnos y querernos como somos" pero al mismo tiempo creemos que tenemos derecho a criticar a los demás por eso llamado "libertad de expresión". No digo que no hay que hacer ejercicio, ni que no debemos comer saludable...al contrario, apoyo los estilos de vida saludable...pero hazlo por tu salud y por tu bienestar- no por tener unas nalgas más grandes o una barriga más plana. No dejes que nada ni nadie te haga sentir mal. Lo repito, lo más importante es querernos a nosotras mismas.... y aparte de ejercitar nuestro cuerpo, debemos ejercitar nuestro corazoncito.

Pero bueno, viviendo en Miami...donde es verano casi todo el año, es imposible no incorporar uno que otro post en la playa en un blog personal. Este traje de baño lo encontré en Target (a donde voy a hacer mercado, pero siempre termino haciendo una parada rápida en el departamento de ropa); me gusto mucho el estampado tribal y el cierre como si fuera de buzo. Encontrar trajes de baños de mi talla e me hace un poco difícil, porque tengo el busto más grande; pero en Target los venden por separado, entonces no me tuve que preocupar por la tallas (también, puedes combinar esta parte de abajo con una negra o del color que prefieras).
