Drapey dress!

I hate that I always do the things last minute- and I spent the whole day doing a project for my Fabrics and Textiles class and its due TOMORROW! I woke up early and I headed to Michaels to get all the materials I needed- then I stopped by the supermarket and did a couple of errands.  What I like most about this dress is that you can dress it up for a special occasion- but it's also comfy enough for everyday (and the best part, it's from a latino designer: Julian Chang-via Flechada!). I decided to pair it with my nude platforms and a big messenger bag- I also added a couple of turquoise accents! I came back home and didn't stand up for hours finishing up the weaving project! I think it ended up super cute- after turning it in for school, I'm going to gift it to a baby cousin who is about to be born ( I'm trying to upload it to twitter and share it here!) Hoy fue un día de hacer proyectos- tengo la manía de dejar todo para el último momento y hoy me toco pasar todo el día haciendo un trabajo para mi clase de telas (Fabrics&Textiles). Esto fue lo que me puse para ir a comer los materiales- que luego se extendió al supermercado y otras diligencias. Lo que me gusta de este vestido es que puede ser usado para ocasiones más formales con otros accesorios- pero también es comodísimo para el día a día (aparte que es de un diseñador Latino: Julian Chang (vía Flechada)!). Decidí combinarlo con mis plataformas nude y una cartera grandota- le agregué unos detallitos turquesa para darle más color! Llegué corriendo a terminar mi proyecto- me encantó como quedó, es para una primita que está por nacer aquí en Miami y es todo con colores pasteles y patitos! Estoy intentando subirlo a twitter (@nanysklozet) para mostrarlo! FELIZ SEMANA!!
