As soon as I got back from Venezuela, Furor Moda wrote me to do a small lookbook together with some of her new arrivals. This was the first look we did and it's definitely my favorite. I love the "sporty chic" trend where you mix extremely sporty pieces like this jersey with dressy items. The best part about an oversize jersey, if you are petite like me, is that yo can wear it as a dress (but don't forget to wear shorts underneath!!). Apenas llegué de Venezuela, Furor Moda me escribió para hacer un pequeño lookbook juntas con sus últimas piezas. Este fue el primer look que hicimos, y es definitivamente mi favorito. Me encanta la tendencia de usar piezas extremadamente deportivas como este "jersey" con tacones- me gusta mucho el contraste entre lo elegante y deportivo. Lo mejor de esta camisa es que, si eres pequeñita como yo, puedes usarla como vestido (pero no olvides utilizar algo debajo para no mostrar nada indebido). Si vives en una ciudad con estaciones, también se ve bellísima debajo de una chaqueta de cuero. ¿Qué opinan de esta tendencia deportiva? ¿Les gusta? Un abrazo inmenso!

I got this top from Pixie Market less than a month ago and I can't get enough of it. The top is knitted, so it's the perfect transitional piece for fall. As you can see, I've worn it in three completely different occasions. Let me know which one is your favorite!

Este top cortito lo tengo desde hace menos de un mes y ya le he sacado mucho provecho.  La tela es como tejida, de manera que es el top perfecto para la transición al otoño. Como pueden ver, lo he utilizado en tres ocasiones totalmente diferentes. Cuéntame que look es tu favorito!!

A while ago I said on twitter that flower crowns were only acceptable if 1. you were Lana del Rey 2. You were on a photoshoot or wearing a costume  and 3. if you are 5 and are the flower girl. But it's true what they say...you words can come back and bite you ( and nowadays it stays on social networks). I have to admit it was fun to wear the flower crown...without it the look would just be denim shorts and a crop top. It definitely gives a different vibe to the look. I wore this before going to Culebra, which was like 2 weeks ago. What do you think of this look? What's your opinion about flower crowns? XOXO

Hace un tiempo dije en Twitter que las coronas de flores eran aceptables solo si 1.eras Lana del Rey 2. si te ibas a disfrazar y 3. si tenías 5 años y eras paje de una boda. Pero como dicen por ahí, la lengua es el castigo del cuerpo...y hoy en día queda grabado en las redes sociales. En este caso admito que me pareció divertido utilizar la coronita...si ella el look solo sería unos shorts con una camisa cortita- siento que le da un toque más bohemio y de festival. Esto lo utilicé antes de ir a Culebra hace casi dos semanas durante un día infernal en cuanto al calor en Miami. Fui de compras/paseo con Gabo a la Lincoln Road. ¿Qué les parece este look? ¿Qué opinan de las coronas de flores?

This is my third look for H&M's 50 states of Fashion campaign- remember this is the last day to enter to win a $1,000 giftcard plus a trip for two to NYFW. I absolutely love H&M, but they have to fix their sizing...it varies a lot from piece to piece. I wish I have ordered this pants a size bigger. I mean I like how they look but a looser fit would be more comfortable. I love the color and the print; I want to pair them with something navy blue. I wore this to go out with Gabo's friends from high school around "Old San Juan". Hope you liked the look! XOXO

Hoy les muestro mi tercer look parte de la campaña de H&M "50 states of Fashion" y les recuerdo que hoy es el último día para mandar sus fotos utilizando el hashtag #hmShopOnlineXX (las XX siendo el estado donde vives. Por ejemplo: yo utilizo #hmShopOnlineFL). Al mandar tu foto participas para ganar $1000 en mercancía de H&M y un viaje para dos a la Semana de la Moda en Nueva York.

Yo adoro H&M, pero lo único que tiene raro son las tallas ya que varían mucho entre pieza y pieza. Estos pantalones me hubiera gustado pedirlos una talla más grande para que fueran un poquito más cómodos. Me encanta este color borgoña; especialmente al combinarlo con tonos azul marino, crema, o negro. Esto lo utilicé para salir por el viejo San Juan con los amigos del colegio de Gabo en Puerto Rico.
