Bonnaroo Music Festival… with TEVA!

Hey!! How are you? So two weeks ago I went to Tennessee for Bonnaroo. I was invited to attend with Teva and a group of four bloggers Erica, Grasie, Eugenie, & Jenny. I have met Grasie and Erica before and I was so excited to hear they were going, they were also my roomies. It was a relatively long trip, 5 days, and sometimes I really felt like I was in a summer camp ( I went to tons of summer camps when I was little!). We stayed at a cabin with the most amazing view of a river. We were so glad we didn't have to camp at the actual festival- nothing like sleeping on an actual bed and having an actual bathroom.

The festival really surpassed my expectations…it had so many stages with performances going on at the same time (they also hat the coolest names like "this tent", "that tent", "that other tent" "which stage", etc). There was a ferris wheel, a water slide, comedy shows, little shops, food, etc. We got to see Florence and the Machine, Billy Joel, Kendrick Lamar, Fears for Tears…and many others. However MY FAVORITE was Earth, Wind and Fire…it was ridiculously amazing!! Those guys might have been perfuming for over 40 years, but they had more energy than any 20 year old!

The Teva sandals were the perfect pair of shoes to wear…the resisted the water and dirt…they were so comfortable even after I wore them all day! Hope you enjoy the pics! XOXO

¡Hola!! ¿Cómo están? Hace un poco más de una semana estuve en Tennessee para el festival de música Bonnaroo- fui junto a Teva y un grupo de increíbles bloggers (Erica, Grasie, Eugenie, & Jenny). Fue un viaje relativamente largo de 5 días, yo me sentía como si estuviese en un campamento de verano. Nos estuvimos quedando en una casa en la montaña con vista a un río espectacular- preferimos eso que acampar en el mismo festival (nada como dormir en un cuarto con aire acondicionado y tener un baño de verdad verdad!). La casa quedaba a una hora del festival en un pueblo muy pequeño llamado Smithville.

El festival fue espectacular….con muchísimos escenarios con varias bandas tocando al mismo tiempo, un teatro de comedia, un tobogán de agua, rueda de la fortuna, una fiesta "muda" (donde todo el mundo se pone audífonos y la gente baila en su propio mundo), etc. Vimos a varios grupos que jamás me imaginé que iba a ver….especialmente Earth, Wind and Fire- el cual fue mi favorito. Yo de verdad soy una viejita de corazón que me sabía todas las canciones de este grupo de los 70s! También vimos a Kendrick Lamar, Florence and the Machine, Fears for Tears, Billy Joel…entre otros.

Las sandalias Teva fueron el complemento ideal ya que había mucha tierra, agua (por las actividades de agua), y son extremadamente cómodas- así estuvieses bailando todo el día y toda la noche.
