I feel like I haven't taken pictures in so long- but Miami wasn't cooperating with me (it has been raining the whole week, so it's impossible to take pictures outside)- and when it's not raining, my amazing "photographer" is studying/working. It rained today until 5pm- so we ran outside to take advantage of the hours we had before sunset (can't wait for summer and its extremely long days). As I've mentioned before, this week was midterm week so I was studying and doing projects like crazy (I have a couple of fun projects that I'll definitely share here when they are ready- one is an ad campaign for evening wear, the second one is a store window, and the last one is creating a collection inspired by a TV show. Finally I wanted to ask you for a little advice- one of my brothers is getting married in a month and I need two dresses (both casual, nothing over-the-top). If you have seen an amazing dress online, leave the link below please!! Have an amazing weekend! XOXO.

Today I wanted to post a quick outfit of what I wore today- the weather truly depends on the sun (it's cold in the morning and night, while a little bit hotter in the afternoon). This amazing faux fur vest from Sugarlips- which by the way is reversible- is really warm; while my family was wearing lots of layers, I was perfectly fine with this. Oh, quick note- I just wanted to remind everyone that I just brought one suitcase to my holiday trip and I know I'm going to be wearing the same items MULTIPLE times until mid-January. I hope you are having and amazing time with your family.. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

There are days when I "envy" bloggers in Europe because they can take pics at any corner and it looks amazing- I love Miami; the beach, the weather, the food, the people, the latin-culture... but when it comes to taking pics for the blog, it's a different story (it's either the beach or a residential area). A couple of weeks ago, I saw Shareen (from Vintage Mavens) and Steffy (from Steffy Pros and cons), both Miami bloggers, at this spectacular place (it looks like it doesn't belong in Miami). So I asked them the address and headed there before doing some Holiday shopping (I changed my heels to flats, don't worry!). I was supposed to arrive to Venezuela yesterday, but with the big emergency at my apartment... I had to postpone the trip. And the worst part is that I'm not even staying at my place (the apt is full of big machines that are drying the walls and floor)- so I packed random clothes and I have been improvising like crazy. I hope you like the pics! XOXO

This week I realized that I haven't done a "celebrity inspired" look in a while. Looking for celebrity looks, the first webpage I checked was Kourtney's blog- I really love her style and I like that she posts looks and where the items are from. As soon as I saw her with cargo pants and a button up shirt, I found my look. But then I realized that Scott's outfit was very casual and easy to copy- so I asked my boyfriend.. do you have a gray polo and black pants? Reason why today's celebrity inspired look is "double"- and as you can se, Gabo took it very seriously and put his hands like Scott's and everything haha. My complete outfit costs around $150 (details at the end of the post)- while Kourtney's bag+shoes exceeds $5,000! (and that's not even considering the D&G top). I know Kourtney's shoes are snakeskin while mine are leopard, and I'm not wearing any sunglasses- but the whole point is to also give it your own twist to it! After having so much fun with the timer, we had a late lunch with my mom- and then I headed to the mall with her and I gave her a makeover. It was for my styling class but I'm sure she enjoyed it, and she ended up look amazing! I hope you are enjoying your Sunday! XOXO

I spent most of my Sunday doing a final project for school- I was so excited about it that I kept posting pics on Facebook. I think I'm going to dedicate a full post here just because I'm so proud of my hard work. While I was covered in pink paint, I got a text from my friend/blogger/boutique-owner, Tati- she invited me to have a super late brunch so I headed midtown. I wanted to wear something casual but still a little put-together; I got this shirt the other day at Forever 21 and I felt in love with it (and it's only $14)- I'm sure you are going to see it here A LOT. I also imagine this shirt+necklace with a simple black shirt and nude pumps for a ladylike/feminine look. Oh btw... a lot of you thought I cut my bangs; but I didn't. I was wearing clip-on bangs- I love them, they look so natural. However, I really want to get a makeover :) Thanks for stopping by. XOXO
