I feel like "the weather girl" sometimes but I guess that determines what we wear everyday. On Friday, a cold front appeared out of nowhere... and it was VERY chilly (well... for Miami...we are not used to cold weather). I don't know why but I wanted to wear black from head to toes... so here it is plus a fun skull print scarf. I wore this to go to a special press tour of the new Forever 21 tour on Lincoln Road (Miami Beach). The store is HUGE; three floors total and I was really impressed with the variety of items and styles (it also has a plus size area, a kid's area, and a men's area). I've been a fan of Forever 21 since I moved to Miami- it's the perfect place to find affordable and trendy items... so it was an honor to be considered for this! Aveces siento que sueno como "la chica del tiempo" pero supongo que de eso depende muchísimo lo que nos ponemos diariamente. El viernes, de la nada, llegó un frío terrible (bueno, ustedes saben... frío para ser Miami). Así que todo el mundo, incluyéndome, sacó a pasar las chaquetas, bufandas , y botas. No se porque pero tenía ganas de hacer un look negro de pies a cabeza- y al último momento agregué la bufanda de calaveras. Esto fue lo que utilicé para ir a un tour especial para la prensa por la apertura de un nuevo Forever 21 en Miami Beach. La tienda es grandísima; son tres pisos en total y quedé impresionada con la variedad de piezas y estilos (incluyendo una zona de niños, una plus size, y otra para hombres). He sido fanática de Forever 21 desde que me mudé a Miami así que fue un honor ser parte de esta experiencia. Espero que les haya gustado mi outfit y que disfruten las fotos de la tienda. Today's is supposed to be "wednesday remix"- but I have so many look to post that I really don't want them to keep piling up (don't  worry, the next remix will be double....maybe a couple of tops/bottoms and all the ways I've worn them). Talking about post, I really want to do a Holiday special; so I need your help. I want to do several looks for several styles and different occasions/parties.... so tell me: what are you plans for this Holiday season? OK let's go back to this outfit. I want to wear this skirt all the time- I feel like it goes with everything but the faux leather gives any outfit an edgy/modern feel. This time I wanted to pair it with a top with an embellished peter-pan collar (so you don't need to accessorize in terms of earrings/necklaces). So I kept the look relatively simple- I say "relatively" because if you look closely, the shoes and handbag have sequins/studs. I wore this during the weekend to have an early romantic dinner with Gabo- I like that this look is very feminine but it still have an edge to it. I hope you are having an amazing week! XOXO

Se que hoy se supone que sea "Miércoles de Remix" pero no quiero que se sigan acumulando los looks- luego les hago un mega remix con varias piezas y todas las formas que las he usado (¿qué prefieren: camisas o faldas?). Ya que se acerca diciembre, quiero hacer un especial de Navidad/fiestas decembrinas... así que necesito la ayuda de todas: diganme que planes tienes!! (Así puedo hacer varios looks para ocasiones totalmente distintas). Ok, de regreso a este outfit... estoy segura que le voy a sacar tanto provecho a esta falda de "cuero"- me parece que va con absolutamente todo y por supuesto, el cuero la hace más moderna y divertida. En esta ocasión la quise combinar con una camisa con el cuello de peter pan embellecido- lo que hace que no necesites ningún accesorio extra. Así que mantuve el resto del look relativamente sencillo- digo "relativamente" porque aunque son piezas sencillas como zapatos negros y carterita negra, también tienen sus lentejuelas y detalles. Esto lo utilicé el fin de semana para ir a cenar temprano con Gabo- es un look que mezcla lo delicado/romántico con piezas fuertes como el cuero y las tachas. I have to admit that I completely fell with this sheer skirt- it's the perfect length since you can wore it with heels or flats; you can dress it down or wore it for a special occasion with some dressy sandals. Also, the side slit makes it trendy and modern... I swear, I wore it yesterday and I want to wear today and tomorrow! I added the sleeveless denim top and it's ready for a remix. Since I was going for a grungy-ish look, I added my jeffreys and the hat (it's like they were made to be worn together); finally, I added these cool round sunglasses with a gold detail! I wore this yesterday to walk around with my family around Downtown and then we ate around the area. Hope you liked it! XOXO

Tengo que admitir que AMO esta falda- es del largo perfecto para usarla con sandalias en un día cómodo y también con un top y sandalias para la noche. Aparte la raja de la falda la hace más divertida y no es la típica falda larga negra... me la puse ayer y me la quiero poner hoy, mañana y pasado jaja. Me faltaba un look con esta camisa de denim para que estuviera lista para un remix- y como iba por un look más grunge: agregué el sombrero, mis jeffreys... y no podía faltar unos lentes redondos con una detalle dorado en el borde. Esto lo utilicé ayer para salir a pasar con mis papás por Miami; fuimos a comer y después a pasear por Downtown Miami. ¡Espero que les haya gustado este look! ¡Abrazos grandísmos a tod@s!

And I apologize again for re-re-re-REwearing clothing... I was like "whatever I just need one look to do a remix with this shirt...so let's get it over with!" (even though I know I'll wear it again soon lol). This Monday was Labor Day in the U.S, which meant no-school and no-work.... so it definitely felt like a Sunday and Sundays were made to sleep until noon!! So that's what I did before going to a park with Chiki in the afternoon, and then later I headed to my boyfriend's place since his family was cooking. My dad ended up starting a couple of final projects for the university... it definitely felt like a Sunday. I hope you liked this comfy look with sandals and fun snakeskin shorts! Me vuelvo a disculpar por requete-repetir la ropa, solo me faltaba un look con esta camisa para hacer un remix...así que preferí salir de eso de una (aunque creo que me gusta tanto que seguiré actualizando ese remix mientras la vaya usando). Este lunes fue día feriado en Estados Unidos, razón por la que se sentía totalmente como un domingo- los cuales fueron hechos para dormir hasta el mediodía!! Como estaba en modo domingo, opté por un look cómodo con sandalias, blusa ancha y unos shorts divertidos de estampado de culebra. Pasamos parte de la tarde en un parque con Chiki, el cual tenía mucho tiempo sin salir en el blog pero aquí está otra vez! De ahí fui a casa de mi novio donde su familia estaba cocinando y mi día terminó haciendo tarea para la uni.... suena como un domingo ¿no?
