Every time somebody asked me about my style, I'd say that it's feminine- but lately I realized I have a rocker alter-ego that loves leather pieces and darker lipstick. And that's okay, we should never get stuck in one style...it's fun to experiment and try new things (and clothing is not as permanent as a new hair color). This looks is actually from two Sundays ago, I don't know why I have so many looks that I haven't posted...but that's good, right? I wore it to walk around the city, have smoothies- and then I changed to flats to take Chiki to a doggie park ( I always have to be running around because he falls in love with every single dog and he leaves with them). I did the look around the "Pretty Kitty leopard shorts" from Lulus- I added the simple tank to make the outfit more casual, and the faux leather jacket because it was a little bit breezy out. Btw I added the lipcolor number and everything below because I always get asked about that. I hope you liked the look and this rocker side of me! XOXO
En las últimas semanas me he dado cuenta que tengo un alter ego medio roquero- o full rocker, depende de los gustos. Entre tanta ropa femenina, me he dado cuenta que me gusta experimentar con piezas de cuero y pinturas de labio más oscuritas. Pero esa es la idea, nunca debemos encasillarnos en un estilo...nunca tengas miedo de experimentar y expresarte con la ropa. Se me han ido acumulando los looks, no se porque pero este outfit es de hace dos domingos- que salimos a pasear por la ciudad y después me cambié los zapatos a flats para llevar a Chiki a un parque de perritos por donde vivo (los flats no es tanto por comodidad, sino porque Chiki se enamora de todos los perritos y se me escapa... si yo soy la loca en el parque corriendo atrás del perro). El look lo hice alrededor de estos shorts de leopardo "Pretty Kitty"- agregué una camiseta blanca sencilla para mantenerlo cómodo y como estaba un poco fresco, terminé el look con la chaqueta de "cuero" (abajo también les deje la información de la pintura de labios, que siempre me preguntan). If I was feeling bohemian on the last post, yesterday I definitely felt classy. I wanted to wear my black pumps, a small clutch, a bun, and red lipstick: very Audrey Hepburn. However, this is what I truly wear every day, and I tried to adapt how I felt with my Sunday afternoon plans: going to Miami Beach to walk around. Reason why I wore my comfy flats and the fedora instantly makes your outfit casual- but I wanted a glam touch and I wore red-lipstick during the day. I know many of you think that red lipstick is for the night but some days we need to break the rules- Look at Gwen Stefani, she wears red everywhere (even to buy groceries) and she looks fantastic. We walked around for a while but it was so hot that the poor Chiqui was so thirsty that he tried to drink sea water (he is used to lakes so you can imagine his face). Wishing you a great week! XOXO

Si en el post anterior me sentÃa bohemia, en este definitivamente me sentÃa clásica. TenÃa muchÃsimas ganas de ponerme unos tacones negros- pero como les he dicho, esto es lo que me pongo de verdad y creo que como me sentÃa no cuadraba con un domingo por la tarde con planes de ir a Miami Beach a pasear. Por esta razón me olvidé de los tacones y utilicé mis flats favoritos, la fedora es mágica- es impresionante como convierte tu look a uno casual en el instante. Pero como les digo, querÃa tener un toque "glam"- y la pintura de labios me pareció el toque que necesitaba. Se que muchas pensarán que este color debe ser usado solo de noche, pero ... ¿por qué no romper las reglas de vez en cuando? Mira a Gwen Stefani, ella sale al supermercado con pintura de labios roja y se ve espectacular. Volviendo al dÃa, fuimos a Miami Beach a pasear y allá hay muchÃsimos parques/muelles a los que puedes llevar perros. Estaba haciendo tanto calor que nos tuvimos que ir al ratito - lo más cómico fue que Chiqui pensó que podÃa tomar agua del mar (ya que siempre mete la cabeza en los lagos) y si vieran la carita que puso. Creo que me extendà escribiendo, espero que tengan una bonita semana!! Un abrazo inmenso a todas!
