See... I wasn't kidding when I said I'm living in mini skirts and off-the-shoulder tops!

I absolutely love the trend of unexpected denim...like this skirt with different shades of denim (it is from Shoppiin and it's under $40!!). This denim top had sleeves but I had this idea of cutting them off (it was just one stitch on each side) and I'm going to put a button to easily put them on depending on the look.

These fun sandals are on MEGA SALE from Rebecca Minkoff (from $200 to $70!). The heel is comfy to walk around all day. This day I headed to an event at a local mall, and I ended up getting another ear piercing at Claire's..I got a lollipop and everything haha. I love how tiny earrings look so now I have four on one ear and two on the other.

I also found this super cute gold choker at Express, I love how I can dress it up, down, and layer it with other necklaces.

¿Ven!? No les mentí cuando les dije que no he parado de usar faldas mini y tops con los hombros al descubierto.

¡Me encanta esta tendencia de jean inesperado! Esta falda es de Shoppiin, cuesta menos de $40 y los diferentes tonos de mezcilla son muy divertidos. El top puede que lo reconozcan de otros posts...pero le quite les mangas. Tenían solo una puntada y quiero ponerles un botón para que puedan ponerse y quitar fácilmente.

Las sandalias son de Rebecca Minkoff (que por cierto están mega rebajadas de $200 a $70! ). El tacón es bajo, perfecto para caminar todo el día. Eso fue justamente lo que hice ese día porque fui a un evento en el centro comercial y terminé abriéndome otro piercing en la oreja. Me encanta como se ven los aretes delicados...ahora tengo 4 en una oreja y 2 en la otra.

De los detalles les cuento de esta gargantilla dorada que encontré en Express. Me gusta como puede usarse con looks elegantes, casuales, y con otros collares.

We took an early morning flight from Miami to Puerto Rico last Friday..and for that early flight I wore my travel uniform. You all know what I’m talking about by now ..it’s always the same: comfortable skinny jeans or leggings, a loose top, and a jacket (because I get extremely cold on planes).

However, the plan was to start enjoying the island as soon as we landed.  To do so: I just changed my boots to heels, and my loose top to a dressier one. What stayed the same? These amazing (and oh-so comfortable) Runway leggings by True Religion. The fit is so incredible that I didn’t want to take them off. I felt very comfortable on the small plane…but at the same time, I felt sexy and confident ready for a happy hour in Old San Juan later that day.

Como ya deben saber por el último post...¡¡estamos en PUERTO RICO!!

El viernes pasado, tomamos el primer vuelo tempranito de Miami a Puerto Rico...y para ese vuelo utilicé a lo que siempre me refiero como mi uniforme de viaje. Ya deben saber a lo que me refiero porque es lo mismo siempre: jeans cómodos o leggings, una camisa suelta y larga, y una chaquetita (porque siempre me da mucho frío en los aviones).

El plan era aprovechar y empezar a disfrutar de la isla apenas aterrizaramos. Para esto solo me cambié mis botines a tacones, mi camiseta a una de encaje más arregladita.....¿Qué no me cambié?? Estos increíbles Runway Leggings de True Religion...que el fit es TAN pero TAN cómodo que no me los quise quitar. No solo me sentí cómoda en los mini asientos del avion...si no que en la tarde fuimos al "Happy Hour" y me sentí sexy y segura de mi misma!

I seriously need to start scheduling the post ahead of time. Generally, I take the pictures in advance and write the copy of the post the actual day I publish it. But lately… I don't know, my head has been all over the place! I have many looks to publish and I keep forgetting to update the blog!  wore this dress last week with a very feminine look. But the print of the dress can be edge up too with the right pieces. Reason why I went for an oversized jean jacket and some Dr. Martens boots. Excuse my hair, I guess the humidity is already in Miami and it was not cooperating with me that day. Semi solution: a half-pony! I can't believe it is already Friday! Have an amazing weekend everyone!!

Tengo que empezar a dejar los posts listos para que se publiquen solos…es que generalmente, aunque tomemos las fotos una semana antes, me gusta escribirles el día que publico el post. Pero me he estado atrasando, tengo varios por publicar!! Como les conté la semana pasada que vieron este vestido de una manera muy femenina y clásica; el estampado hace que puedas combinarlo con piezas más edgy o grunge para un look alternativo. Por eso agregué una chaqueta de jean grande y unos botines Dr. Martens. Mi cabello estaba extra rebelde ese día..es que la humedad ya llegó a Miami y no había manera de peinarlo. Semi solución: una media cola. No puedo creer que ya es viernes…les mando un abrazo gigante!! Y feliz fin de semana!
