This week's challenge was to wear something "baroque"- so I knew I wanted to go for a look with a brocade print, very reminiscent of the baroque era. To make the look modern and a little bit edgier, I added a faux leather peplum top. As far as accessories, there is so much gold in the pants that I wanted to keep it as simple as possible with a cute necklace and my favorite ring. Finally, I just wore simple strappy black heels and a classic black bag. I wore this on Friday to go have Sushi with Gabo at a restaurant we just found near my new place. Did you wear the baroque trend this week? Don't forget to leave your link because I can't wait to see everyone's look! XOXO

After 4 days in the windy&cold Chicago, I was so excited to go back to Miami and wear cute summer dresses in November. As I've told you before, one of my assignments for the styling class was wearing a celebrity inspired outfit (I did Olivia Palermo, click here to check it out). But someone in Twitter told me I should do Spencer from Pretty Little Liars- I'm obsessed with that show, and if you don't watch it.. you should!! Her style is modern preppy, so I decided to wear something very "Spencer" but with a Nany twist to go to class on monday. I decided to ditch the tights- later that day I added a navy blazer because it got a chillier. HAPPY WEDNESDAY! (btw I was supposed to publish "wednesday remix" today but I couldn't wait to share this outfit- I'll post it tomorrow!) XOXO

A couple of hours ago I published this week's challenge but... I used pictures from two months ago (where I got inspired by Lovely Pepa, click here to see it). I really do not like to repost outfits more than once. As I mentioned, I had a little problem uploading these pics- but here they are, I hope you like them. My inspiration was Andy from StyleScrapbook- I love her blog&style and I'm so proud that she's a successful latina in Europe. I really wanted to give it my personal stye, reason why I changed the flat black hat to a fedora. About my Saturday: I spent it thrift store shopping but I didn't buy absolutely anything. First I went to a famous thrift store but it was a little scary, there was even a woman with an ankle tracking device. Then, I decided to go to C.Madeleines (a Rachel Zoe fave) where all they sell are vintage designer pieces- everything cost over $400. However, I love going there; everything is gorgeous... Dior from the 60's, Chanel from the 60s and they have everything organized by decade. After that I had dinner with my boyfriend, and came back home! Did you enter this week's challenge? Don't forget to leave your link at the end! XOXO
Yesterday, I was invited to attend the Taylor Swift's concert thanks to Covergirl. I have to admit, I'm not her #1 fan- but I enjoy her songs. We got there super early because we thought we would caught up in traffic- we started taking pics of the fans and the venue outside (since they wouldn't let us enter with my bf's huge camera). It was so funny how fanatics some girls were- we took a picture of three sisters that wore "Taylor's signature outfit"- sequined dress and boots. We picked up the tickets and waited backstage for the "Meet&Greet"- I got to talk a little with her and take a picture. She's soo soo nice, I told her I have a tutorial on how to do her hair and she got super excited about it. She's TALL, I was wearing huge wedges and she was almost in flats and she's still taller than my bf. The concert was super fun- even though I didn't know most of the songs, I truly enjoyed it. About my outfit: you know why I wore wedges, it was extremely hot outside (hence the shorts and simple shirt)- but I knew it'll be cold inside the venue (and I was right!). I hope you are having great weekend! XoXO
I know I've told you that it's hot in Miami so many times- isn't that the reason why I moved here?. All you want to wear are swimsuits- sadly, I live far from the beach. So I decided to wear a floral skirt, a comfy t-shirt and a colorful turband. About my day: I had lunch at this amazing salad place and I went to forever 21 but I didn't find anything I LOVED. By the way, I saw a t-shirt that said "made in the 90's" what happened to the 80's?... I guess we are old now:( lol. Have a great Wednesday!
