I’ve talked about Fashion and Beauty trends for Spring/Summer 2016….but no trend will be the same without THE SHOES!!!Some of my favorite trends this season are: sneakers, lace-up flats, and wood platforms. However, there is one that caught my eye: THE BLOCK HEEL TREND. Why? 1) Gives me needed height (I’m just 5’1.5, so any extra inch counts!!- who’s with me!?) 2) The thicker heel gives me stability and I can wear them for longer periods of time….best of both worlds!

Pero esta de TACON DE BLOQUE me llamó mucho la atención: primero porque con mi tamañito, agradezco las tendencias que me dan así sea un par de cm extra; pero como tiene el tacón ancho, me da estabilidad y puedo usarlo por más tiempo.

En el 2015 usé más rompers que nunca...y aparentemente también son mega perfectos para las fiestas decembrinas. Los rompers pueden ser igual de elegantes que un vestido pero con la comodidad de usar shorts.

Todo el mundo me recomendaba utilizar delineador en gel…pero nada que encontraba uno que fuese bueno y fácil de utilizar. Hace poco probé el "They're Real Push-Up Liner" de Benefit Cosmetics y estoy fascinada. Es como si fuese un bolígrafo (tiene la punta en ángulo)…pero es en gel!! También es aprueba de agua y no se corre (tanto bueno que venden un desmquillante especial para quitarlo). También he estado utilizando la macara de la misma linea y es excelente (yo creo que la usaré en la boda porque no se corre por nada!).

Hey girls! As many of you know, I'm going to gradschool to get a masters degree in "Design and Media Management". For my capstone project or thesis, I'm hypothetically creating a fashion TV show targeted to well-educated Latinas. As part of my project, I have to interview my potential viewers (which obviously would be ALL of you, specially my fellow latinas!).

We still don't know when or where we are going to get married...all we know is that we are extremely happy and enjoying every second of being engaged. He arrived with flowers, saying he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me and that he couldn't wait any more! Nunca me han gustado los regalos grandes o de mucho valor, prefiero una notita linda o un regalo hecho a mano.
