I've been a little missing in action…this is my last semester of grad school (extremely excited about that but there's so much to do). I was supposed to take the last semester off because of the wedding, but instead I only took one class (instead of the 2 I was supposed to). The problem: now I'm taking the thesis class (which is the last one and should be taken alone) with the class I was missing. So I have been a little uninspired to post and of course, a little stressed out. But I promise that after graduation, tons of things will change for better over here!

Este semestre va a ser un poco duro…es mi último semestre de postgrado (YAYYY por eso). Pero no solo tengo que hacer mi tesis…sino que me falta una clase que debà haber agarrado el semestre pasado. Asà que por eso he estado un poquito desaparecida, publicando un dÃa si y un dÃa no….me tengo que organizar mejor pero luego de la graduación…vengo con TODO!!

From time to time, I go through a "blogger crisis"; I feel like, after 3 years of documenting my daily looks, you have already seen that look someohow(or at least a very similar combination). This stresses me out a little, I really want each outfit to be better than the last one. However, that's okay too...rewearing clothing is okay, and having a style (which means similar combos) is okay too. For me blogging has been an evolution; lately we started editing the pictures a little (just the lighting and stuff) in order to make them prettier and different. Also, we have been scouting different locations to vary the background. However, I lack modeling skills...I'm not a model and I don't pretend to be one but I don't want to bore you guys with the same standing pose. I wore this last Sunday for casual and very Sunday-ish day. This one is extremely easy to recreate: a basic white top, some jeans, a statement necklace, and a fun pair of shoes! I think I wrote too much today...so that's it! Have an amazing day and week! XOXO!

De vez en cuando paso por crisis "blogueras"; siento que de alguna forma u otra, cada outfit tiene que ser mejor que el anterior. Llevo documentando mis looks diarios desde hace casi 3 años y hay dÃas que lo que sea que me ponga "ya lo han visto" ( o al menos una combinación similar). Y esto me causa como estrés...pero siempre he dicho que soy como ustedes, repito ropa y está bien si alguno que otro look se vea similar a algo que ya te pusiste. Pero esto de bloguear es evolucionar...no se si se han dado cuenta, pero empezamos a editar las fotos un poco (no tipo photoshop, pero si mejorar la luz y darles efectos diferentes a las fotos). También hemos estado buscando otros sitios para las fotos y darle otra vibra. Lo que se me hecho difÃcil es "posar"; siempre les he dicho, yo no soy modelo y no pretendo serlo (pero tampoco quiero aburrirlas con lo mismo una y otra vez). Esto lo utilicé el domingo pasado; un look casual y dominguero fácil de recrear- solo una camisa blanca, unos jeans, un collar llamativo, y unos zapatos coloridos. Creo que me extendà por el dÃa...pero espero que disfruten las fotos! Un abrazo inmenso pero inmenso!!
And here's another REMIX!!!...this time with a white crop top. The top originally has a fun slit, as you can see in the first look. For the second look, I felt it look better without the slit...so I just fold it to make it look like a regular crop top. These tops are extremely versatile, and definitely a summer must have. You can wear them with absolutely anything- from shorts, to skirts...and overalls if you dare. Also, they work with different textures and prints...from leather to denim and floral prints. The three times I wore this top, I also wore a hat...but that just me, a hat obsessed lady.

¡¡Y aquà viene otro REMIX!!!.. está vez con una camisa cortita blanca. La camisa originalmente tiene un corte en la parte de adelante- como pueden ver en el primer look. Para el segundo look, quise doblar el corte, de manera que pareciese un top regular. Como pueden ver, este tipo de camisas son extremadamente versátiles y perfectas para el verano. Puedes usarlas con faldas, shorts....hasta bragas- con diferentes texturas: cuero, mezclilla, estampados, etc. De casualidad, las tres veces que la he utilizado ha sido con diferentes sombreros....pero esa soy yo, amante de los sombreros.

¿Qué look es tu favorito?
I have to admit it took me a little to start wearing this jacket- I got it in the middle of November, when I was feeling more fall-ish by wearing darker colors. However, as soon as the Spring hit...it became one of my favorite pieces. As you can see, I've worn it with boyfriend jeans, trousers, pink jeggings...and for completely different occasions .

Tengo que admitir que cuando me llegó esta chaqueta en noviembre, no estaba segura con que usarla (creo que fue porque estaba empezando el "otoño" y querÃa usar piezas más oscuras). Al llegar la primavera, se convirtió en una de mis piezas favoritas. Como pueden ver; la he usado con jeans rotos, faldas, pantalones, jeggings... y para ocasiones totalmente distintas.

pd: mi chaqueta de SheInside es de cuero sintético- si están buscando una tela más ligera para esta temporada, les recomiendo esta de Furor Moda..
