As many of you know, I've been in Venezuela for more than a week now...and I still have a couple more weeks here. Every time I have to travel, I like having several posts ready for the blog...especially when Gabo is not coming with me (even though my mom is awesome and takes pictures of me). Without a lot to day...here's another "his klozet", I hope you like it!!

Como muchas saben, estoy en Venezuela desde hace más de una semana y todavÃa me queda bastante tiempo por aquÃ. Siempre que me voy de viaje, me gusta tener bastante contenido porque no estoy segura que tan seguido voy a poder tomar fotos (especialmente cuando el "fotógrafo oficial" de Nany's Klozet se queda en Miami...pero mi mamá es lo máximo y me ayuda en ese departamento). Asà que hoy les muestro otro look de Gabo que le tomé hace como 2 semanas...sin mucho que decir, espero que les guste!!

You have no idea I how long it took me to convince Gabo to have a small section on the blog..now he's like "when are we taking photos for "his klozet"? ". As you can see, he has been wearing shorts non-stop...and I can't blame him! It's so hot in Miami- and men don't have as much variety in styles/fabrics. So the idea behind this outfit was to show you a more dressed up look with shorts (so it's still appropriate for the summer). I hope you still like this idea; I absolutely love being behind the camera. Big hugs from both of us!!

Tantó que me costó convencerlo para que tuviese su propia sección en el blog .. y ahora me dice "vamos a tomar fotos para his klozet". Ultimamente Gabo ha estado usando shorts 24 horas al dÃa, 7 dÃas a la semana-¿ como no? el clima en Miami está extremadamente caluroso y los hombres no son tan aforturnados como nosotras en cuanto a variedad de telas y estilos. Esta vez la idea era mostrarles un look más "arregladito" pero con shorts- de manera que fuese más apropiado para el verano. Espero que sigan disfrutan la idea de "his klozet"- a mi me encanta estar detrás de la cámara! Un abrazo inmenso de parte de ambos!

As you can see...there's a fun new segment on the blog ...."His Klozet". I'm sure you have seen Gabo on the blog before; we used to do looks together inspired by a celebrity couple. However, it was very hard to find looks that were appropriate for both of us. When the girl was casual, he was very sloppy...and when the guy was dressed nicely, he was wearing a tuxedo. And honestly, this blog is about being real and about what we actually wear out. Nowadays, I feel like the fashion for men is a little complicated; if a guy is interested in clothes and looking cute/fashionable, he is accused of being gay (nothing against homosexuality- on the contrary; I admire how gay guys don't care and they were whatever they want...they make fashion fun). This section is not only about showing it to our boyfriends/husbands/cousins/brothers/sons, it's about forgetting about stereotypes and letting the men in our life that fashion can be fun for them too.
I'm not sure about how often I'll update this, I want to do it once a week...if Gabo lets me. What do you think? Do you like the idea? XOXO

Hoy les traigo una nueva sección: "HIS KLOZET". Muchas veces han visto a Gabo en el blog; antes hacÃamos looks inspirados en parejas de Hollywood. Buscando looks para hacer en pareja, me pasaba mucho que el hombre estaba extremadamente bien vestido cuando la mujer estaba "normal"...y honestamente, Gabo no va a usar un traje solo para estar en el blog. Razón por la cual, después de pensarlo mucho y convencerlo, decidimos que su estilo también fuese parte del blog. Siento que hoy en dÃa la moda en los hombres es relativamente complicada; cualquier hombre que le interese verse bien o expresar su estilo, es considerado homosexual (aclaratoria: nada contra los homosexuales- al contrario, los admiro muchÃsimo por como disfrutan de la moda...y como no les da miedo expresarse con la ropa). Esta sección no solo pueden mostrarla a sus novios/esposos/hermanos/primos/hijos si no que tambien nos ayude a incentivar a nuestros novios a lucir bien sin tabús ni estereotipos.
TodavÃa no se que tan seguido voy a actualizar esta sección...espero convencer a Gabo a que sea una vez a la semana. ¿Qué dicen? Un abrazo inmenso
