On our first trip to Ecuador, we rented a place very close to Montañita (a famous little town known for being touristy and liberal-ish). The house was right by the beach...and even though it's definitely not a Caribbean beach, it was absolutely beautiful.
Most of the time we spent it playing card and bonding with the family but one day I put my black swimsuit on and headed to the ocean for a bit (the water was SO cold!!).
Hope you like the pics!
BESOS!

Here's another look with the LOVE bag I customized for Rebecca Minkoff and Saks. It has been so surreal, some of my friends have seen it in store and I still cannot believe it. The color is even more gorgeous in person. On the Saks website it looks nude but it really is more baby pink...like the new Pantone color of the year: Rose Quartz.
Like I said on the launch post, I love that this bag works for the super feminine girls (by just pairing it with a floral dress like this one) but it can also be edgy and casual by wearing it with jeans and sneakers.
Have a great week!

¡Feliz semana!!
I have a weakness for black jeans…I think they are dressier, more versatile, and even more flattering than a regular pair of blue jeans. I also think they add a touch of coolness to any outfit…and what if I they are ripped or distressed? Even better…I feel like a rockstar or a petite model off-duty (it’s all about the attitude, right?)!
Black ripped jeans are a must-have for this coming Fall. They go hand in-hand with plaid, leather jackets, chunky knits, etc. This pair from Express is my new favorite; they are a little high-waisted and extremely comfortable. I paired the jeans with this black tee from the new Express One Eleven collection. I especially love the back of it…but the best part? The bralette underneath!! Express has the coolest bralettes for shirts with cool backs or cut-outs. I have to admit I got several styles, including this one with straps on the back and another one that’s a racerback with a strappy side. Final touch? A B&W plaid and some mules!
What are your go-to jeans? Would you wear distressed black jeans!?
_______
FIRST POST of 2015!!!!
Even though it was taking during Christmas (whoops!!). I have a feeling that 2015 is going to be amazing and I wish you all a year full of health, happiness, love, new friends, new adventures, etc
I wore this in Venezuela..I had a terrible fever during Christmas eve and I ended up modifying this look ( we were staying at the mountains and it got very cold at night). I added black tights, a sweater, and a black scarf I stole from my mom's bag.
I hope your 2015 started amazingly!! XOXO
____________
¡FELIZ 2015!!!!!!!

As you can see, I'm really enjoying the "chilly" wave in Miami, I'm taking out sweaters (and well, scarves because at school is even more cold than outside). Yes, grad-school... I wrote about about it when I started but I think many of you missed it. I'm doing a masters degree in Design & Media management. To go to school, I paired my polka dot pants with a comfy sweater and lots of black complements (and my nerdy glasses, of course). As you can see, I have been wearing this bag in every single post- but it's just the perfect size and color for everyday use. And well, ignore the usage of hats...I have already expressed my obsession with them. Here you can kind of see the first stage of my mini makeover. However, I went that day to fix it because some highlights were way to light...now it looks very natural :) Also, I realized something was wrong with yesterday's post and nobody could comment on it until today. So here I ask again: if I start doing youtube videos, what would you like to see? The more suggestions, the better. Have a great day! XOXO

BESOS!

Hey everyone! This post is going to be extra short because I need to finish up a little essay for gradschool. I'm excited because this is the final week of the semester!! I wore this in Miami a couple of weeks ago before coming to Caracas. I absolutely love maxi dresses; they are as comfy as..pjs?...but they look dressy and cute! I'll start sharing some outfits from Venezuela soon! XOXO
ps: I'm selling the bag at ShopMyKlozet for $25. Remember that all the profit from pre-loved (used) items at ShopMyklozet go to an organization in Venezuela that gives home to children in need.

¡¡¡Hola!!
