I don't know why it took me so long to share these photos. I have so many folders with photos but baby has kept me very busy and I haven't had much time to sit down and post on the blog.
Being a mom is definitely a full-time "job"....but after 3 months, just like working mamas are heading back to the office, I decided to sit down and get organized in order to have more (and better content).
🖥I started out with fashion, and over the years I slowly expanded to beauty, lifestyle...and now motherhood!
So from now on , every day of the week I'll focus on a different"topic"
- Mondays will be about fashion. It can be a celebrity look for less, a his and her closet like today, a trend and how to wear it and what to wear where.
- Tuesdays will be about Nico or motherhood in general. I'll be sharing Nico's outfits, my favorite baby products, and personal posts like the motherhood journey.
- Wednesdays will be officially WEDNESDAY REMIX again. I'll share different ways to wear the same piece- how I've worn them in the past and some new items and different ways to wear it.
- Thursdays are for BEAUTY. Let's talk hair, makeup, skincare and everything in between.
- Fridays are all about LIFESTYLE. So basically anything goes: travel, where to go in Miami, pet friendly places, baby friendly places, posts with Chiki, etc. Also I'll add the business blogging posts here.
And well, the weekends are weekends- time to rest!
I'm always listening to your post ideas!! So please let me know what you want to see.

Los últimos 3 meses me he dedicado 100% a Nico... y al igual que como las mamis que trabajan regresan a la oficina, quiero organizarme mejor para traerles más (y mejor contenido) en el blog y en las redes.
Hoy me senté con un cuadernito y escribà muchas ideas de artÃculos. Aunque empecé con moda en esta industria; me gusta que he podido expandir los temas poco a poco. Por eso todos los dÃas van a ver un tema:
- Los lunes vamos a hablar de moda: puede ser el outfit del dÃa, outfits en pareja, looks inspirados en una celebridad, hablando de tendencias, etc.
- Los martes son de Nico y de la vida de mamá: les voy a mostrar los outfits de Nico, outfits combinada con Nico, productos que nos han gustado, post personales sobre la maternidad, etc.
- Los miércoles siempre han sido de REMIX asà que es hora de que regresen oficialmente. Remix es un post donde les muestro las diferentes maneras de utilizar la misma pieza.
- Los jueves serán de belleza: hablemos de maquillaje, cuidado de la piel, peinados, productos favoritos de belleza, etc.
- Los viernes son de LIFESTYLE o de todo un poco. Me gustarÃa tocar temas como donde ir, donde comer en Miami, viajes, Chiki, ejercicio, etc.
¡Quiero escuchar sus ideas! Cuéntenme que opinan y que quieren ver.
Miami is a relatively new city…why sucks in a way, nothing like that gorgeous Europe architecture! But from time to time we find little places with some history; this building was built in the 30s in the middle of a main street of Miami called Biscayne Blvd. It was part of a 4 building set in each corner of an intersection but only two exist nowadays. I love the vintage feeling, Art Deco-ish, and I liked how it looked with my bohemian look. I know some bloggers that plan their look with a location in mind; I just wear what I feel and then drive around trying to find something that matches. I paired this flowy dress with my favorite hat and some gladiator sandals. Talking about gladiator sandals, I was supposed to do a Remix last Wednesday with them….but I wanted to wear them again. Miami es una ciudad relativamente nueva…por eso me encanta encontrarme con lugares que tengan algo de historia. Este edificio esta en el medio de una de las calles principales de Miami llamada Biscayne Blvd…siempre que le pasaba por el lado, me llamaba la atención por su arquitectura Art Deco muy vintage. Al mismo tiempo me recordó a "Melrose Place' o a algún tipo de casas de California…y me pareció que iba perfecto con este look tan bohemio que tenÃa puesto. Se que hay bloggers que planifican que ponerse dependiendo del lugar donde van a tomar las fotos; nosotros somos al contrario, nos paramos a tomar las fotos dependiendo de lo que tenga puesto (y muy muy improvisado). La semana pasada iba a hacer un Remix de estas sandalias pero como pueden ver, menos mal que me aguanté- ahora tengo muchos 10 looks por compartir con estas sandalias…asà que esperenlo este miércoles. ¡Feliz dÃa! Even though I have a couple of pics to post from this week- I couldn't wait and I really wanted to show you the pics from my bday party yesterday. As I told you previously, I love themed parties- specially on my bday because people are more prone to get dress up. Also, I love the 80s; I was born in 1988 so I don't remember absolutely anything from that decade- but I love the tackiness of the time; the big hair, colorful makeup, over-the-top clothing. About 90% of my friends dressed up, and it was so cool to see a lot of characters from the 80s: the Madonna, the Miami Vice duo, the Jane Fonda crew with their exercise gear, a rapper, etc. I had so much fun and I hope you enjoy the pics below! About my outfit: the past two weeks were so hectic that I wasn't able to get my "costume" until the day of the party. I went to my favorite thrift store and found this amazing (never worn) jacket for $30- it's gorgeous, and so heavy because of the sequins. And I also found these pointed shoes (very 80s) for $3 and they were in perfect condition! Finally, I added some clip ons from that time (originally my mom's) and a tight dress from forever 21 that I got years ago. Did you like it? XOXO

Aunque tengo varios artÃculos pendientes de esta semana, no me aguanté y me morÃa por publicar las fotos de la fiesta de ayer. Como les conté, esta semana cumplà años pero cayó atraversadÃsimo el martes- razón por la que lo celebré el fin de semana siguiente. También creo que les he mencionado anteriormente que me encantan las fiestas temáticas (especialmente en mi cumpleaños porque asà la gente se anima más), esta vez quise hacerla de los años 80s. Me encanta esta época, tal vez es porque nacà a finales de los 80s- y me hubiera gustado poder vivirla un poquito más (porque solo me acuerdo de los noventas). Casi todos mis amigos vinieron disfrazados- uno de rapero, otros a la Jane Fonda (de ejercicio), una de madonna, otros del show Miami Vice y más. La pasé buenÃsimo y espero que disfruten las fotitos! Sobre mi outfit, estuve tan a millón que finalmente tuve tiempo de buscar la ropa el mismo dÃa de la fiesta. En la tienda de segunda mano encontré esta chaqueta TOTALMENTE nueva por $30 y estos zapatos intactos súper ochentosos por lo puntiagudo a $3- luego agregué unos zarcillos/aretes de mi mamá de la misma época y un vestido pegadito mÃo. ¿Qué les pareció? Un abrazo inmenso!
