For our anniversary, we headed to our favorite city in the U.S: NEW YORK! We got there in the afternoon and we rushed to Central Park to see the lovely fall colors. We were there just in time, the following days were raining non-stop- which meant many of the last leaves fell.

My look was most about comfort than anything else! Also, check out our first travel video log (v-log lol).

Para nuestro segundo aniversario, fuimos a nuestra ciudad favorita: NUEVA YORK! Apenas llegamos, salimos corriendo a Central Park para disfrutar de los colores del otoño. Y llegamos a tiempo porque los siguientes días estuvo lloviendo sin parar...y la hojitas que quedaban se cayeron!

Mi look fue más comodidad- a mi vestirme glam en el frío no se me da. También les dejé abajo nuestro primer v-log en este viaje. Me cuentan que les parece!

The past few days in Miami have being very windy... and even though for the rest of the world, this is still crazy summer, everyone feels like fall is slowly approaching. So here's what I wore for this week's challenge: Wear leather, I actually wore it a couple of time the past few days and you'll see another version on Tuesday. I wanted to wear this leather jacket with these fun snakeskin print jeans and a simple white tee. I added gold fun accessories to end the look. Since I was going for the rocker look with the straighter hair and everything, I wanted to wear a deep purple lipstick but mine weren't dark enough- so I added a little bit of black eyeliner! It was a laid-back day, we walked around the park and then we got some smoothies! Remember, if you wore leather this week...link it up at the end of this post! XOXO

Los últimos días en Miami han estado bastante frescos... y aunque para el resto del mundo seguimos en temperaturas veraniegas, todo el mundo ha estado vistiéndose más otoñal. Así que aproveché para hacer el reto de la semana: usar cuero varias veces- originalmente mi outfit del reto lo verán esta semana  y luego les explicaré porque lo tuve que postponer. Ok, volviendo a este look:  quise usar mis pantalones con estampado de culebra con la chaqueta de cuero y una camisa básica blanca. Como era un look más rocker, quería usar una pintura de labios oscura, de un color parecido al de los pantalones...pero ningún color quedaba oscuro así que lo mezclé con un poquitico de delineador negro. Fue un día tranquilo, fuimos a pasear por el parque en frente de mi casa y a tomar merengadas. We might not experience seasons in Miami, but our wardrobe definitely changes a little bit as we approach fall...even if it's just in colors and prints- I absolutely love these jeans; they look dark purple but if you look closely, they are actually snakeskin print!! This time I decided to pair them with simple and neutral pieces- I went for all cream: heels, blouse, accessories and bag. Finally, I added my new round sunglasses- you saw them on my wishlist for September! I wore this to eat ceviche with Gabo at our new favorite restaurant Ceviche105. We were supposed to go to a trapeze class afterwards but the place was close- bummer. So we stayed in the area at a nearby park. Puede que en Miami no tengamos estaciones, pero nuestros guardarropas definitivamente sufren unos cambios así sea en color y estampados- estos jeans me encantaron, parecen ser morados oscuros pero cuando se acercas y te fijas bien...son de estampado de culebra!! En este caso quise combinarlo totalmente con colores cremas; en las sandalias, camisa y cartera... y dejar que nada sobresaltara más que el estampado (aunque como casi no se nota puedo arriesgarme mucho más). También quise usar mis nuevos lentes redondos- vistos en mis listita de compras para septiembre. Esto fue lo que utilicé para ir a comer ceviche con Gabo en Ceviche105, estamos obsesionados con ese restaurante. Aprovechamos ya que estabamos en el area, supuestamente después ibamos a una clase de trapecio pero estaba cerrado el sitio.
