I feel like a lot of people imagine that I go to the beach EVERY week since I like in Miami...but sadly, it's not true. I actually want to go more often and take advantage of living by the ocean (and well, let's see if I finally tan a little). On Saturday, we headed to the beach with a couple of friends. I rained a lot (well, the sun would come out every 5 minutes...but then rain again...which is the perfect description to Miami summers). For the day, I wanted to wear this neon shorts- you just saw them in a remix. There I mentioned how cool they would look with a bright swimsuit...and they do! I paired them with a cool "macaw", a polka dotted hat, and my favorite summer sandals. Hope you like the pics! XOXO

Siento que mucha gente se imagina que por vivir en Miami, me la paso en la playa...y lamentablemente no es así. Y quiero que esto cambie, quiero aprovechar más de las lindas playas de la ciudad ( y a ver si finalmente me bronceo un poquito más). Ayer sábado fui a la playa con un grupo de amigo; a pesar de que nos llovió un poquito por aquí un poquito por acá (así es el verano aquí, llueve a cada ratito pero el sol sale a los 5 minutos). Para la ocasión quise utilizar estos shorts neón que vieron en el último remix; ahí les mencioné que podían utilizarlos con colores vibrantes para la playa y me antojé de hacerlo. Lo combiné con una camisa de guacamayas, un sombrero de lunares, y unas sandalias doradas. ¡¡Disfruten las fotitos!! Abrazototes!!

Otro miércoles...otro REMIX! Hoy les muestro tres formas de usar shorts neón. ¿Quién diría que unos shorts neón pudiesen ser tan versátiles? Puedes usarlos para ir a la playa con tu traje de baño favorito, con sombrero y botas para un look muy de festival, o con tu blazer favorito para darle un toque más formal. I've always mentioned how my main source of inspiration are...other personal style blogs. Being a fashion blogger doesn't mean you need to have a 100% unique style. I love taking ideas from other blogs and making them my own style. A couple of weeks ago, Raquel from "Our Favorite Style" reached out to me so for a blog collaboration...and this idea came to my head. So why not make it a bi-monthly section on the blog? So keep an eye for this blogger swapping...

Looking for what look to swap with Raquel was hard, her style is very cute and I see myself wearing a lot of her outfits. I ended wearing this one because I had almost identical pieces. Even though the color of the shorts is different, the basic is exactly the same: neon shorts, denim shirt, gold necklace, and nude booties. I hope you like the idea of this segment and I hope I'll introduce you to an amazing group of bloggers !

Siempre les he mencionado que una de mis mayores inspiraciones al vestirme son los otros blogs de estilo personal- no por ser una blogger uno tiene que ser 100% vanguardista. A mi me encanta poder tomar ideas de otra persona y hacerlas "YO". Hace unas semanas, Raquel de Our Favorite Style me contactó para hacer algún tipo de colaboración juntas...así que dije: ¿por que no hacerlo una sección seguida en el blog? Razón por la cual de ahora en adelante quiero continuar esto de "Blogger swap" o Intercambio blogger.

La búsqueda de que look "intercambiar" con Raquel fue difícil, ella tiene un estilo muy lindo y me pondría todos sus outfits. Terminé escogiendo este outfit ya que tenía las mismas piezas o similares. Aunque el color del short es diferente, las bases de la combinación son las mismas: shorts neón, camisa de jean, collar dorado, y botas nude. Espero que les guste la idea de esta sección y espero presentarles a un grupo de blogueras geniales con diferentes estilos.
