When I was applying to go to college and I swore my dad that “I would not go past Tallahassee”…yes, that was me scared of living anywhere with a different temperature of 80 degrees all year round. I’ve been living in Miami for a while now…and from time to time, I wish our seasons changed at least a little (hey, emphasis on “a little”). In Miami, we get a couple of “Fall Days” but they are GORGEOUS…with not a cloud in sight, and an average temperature of 65 degrees… Where this would be the perfect outfit to wear out.

If you are lucky enough to live in a city or town where the leaves are turning orange right now…. this should be your fall uniform for easygoing days. This Express sweater is comfy and warm; the print is very on-trend and it will add a pop-of color to your fall wardrobe. I paired the sweater with some leggings (also from Express), some booties, and a boho hat. In the meantime, I will continue dreaming of sweater weather…and if you see me wearing this in a perfect Miami Fall day, pretend you didn’t see it on the blog! XOXO

Cuando estaba aplicando para ir a la universidad, el primer requisito que me puse fue "que esté debajo de Tallahassee". Si, ese fue mi yo interior asustada de vivir en cualquier ciudad que no tuviese una temperatura de 27 grados centígrados todo el año. Ya llevo bastante tiempo viviendo en Miami...y de vez en cuando, me gustaría que nuestras estaciones cambiaran así fuese un poquito (oye oye, énfasis es un "poquito"...nada de tormentas de nieve sin parar). En Miami nos tocan solo un par de días otoñales...pero son HERMOSOS y valen la espera: 18 grados C, ni una nube en el cielo <3 Y este sería el outfit perfecto para usar en esos días.

Pero si tu vives en una ciudad donde ya las hojitas se están poniendo naranja, este debería ser tu uniforme para días casuales. Este suéter de Express es cómodo y calientito; perro el estampado esta muy de moda y le dará un toque de color a tu guardarropa otoñal. Combiné el suéter con unos leggings (también de Express), mis botitas favoritas y un sombrero boho. Por los momentos, yo seguiré soñando despierta y esperando esos días perfectos otoñales para usar este look! ¡BESOS!

Sometimes I can't believe how many "remixes" I have done on the blog; I hope now you realized that it's not about having tons of clothes...it's about experimenting with each piece. This time I'm wearing some liquid leggings in 3 completely different occasions. They are as comfy as any legging but they look dressier and cuter.

Hay días que no puedo creer la cantidad de remixes.. espero que poco a poco les he demostrado que no se trata de tener MUCHISIMA ropa sino de saber como combinarla. Esta vez les muestro unos leggings con textura como de cuero...son muy fáciles de combinar por su color pero también son extremadamente cómodos y se ven más arreglados que el típico legging.

Como los días son tan largo en esta época; teníamos tiempo de regresar al hotel a eso de las 5 de la tarde, descansar un ratito...y bueno yo me cambiaba por eso de aprovechar hacer más outfits en Europa (aparte que me gusta arreglarme un poquito más para la noche... ¿a quién no!?). Yo asumí que como estuvo haciendo fríito en el día, en la noche iba a bajar la temperatura más. Pero me equivoqué, no fue un cambio super drástico y aunque no tenía calor, terminé quitándome la chaqueta blanca. Al mismo tiempo, las chicas del Sur me han estado pidiendo looks más otoñales...así que este es sobretodo para las chicas de Argentina, Chile y Uruguay. Bueno les cuento, saliendo del hotel vimos un atardecer espectacular sobre Toledo. Después seguimos a encontrar un lugar para cenar y terminamos caminando las callecitas a eso de las 11:30pm... al ser miércoles, no había un alma en la calle pero cada rincón era más lindo que el anterior. And we arrived to TOLEDO; a gorgeous city in central Spain. We fell in love with this city because it was intact- it looked straight out of a medival movie set (you know that feeling when you are not sure if they are actual houses or just cardboard like in Disney). There is an incredible mixture in architecture and culture because of the coexistance of Jewish, Muslim, and Christian cultures. It is also known for its swords;  we didn't know why they were selling things from "The Lord of the Rings" in every corner (it's because apparently all the swords used in the movie are from Toledo). As usual, we walked a lot, ate more, and had even more fun. That day, Gabo let me "style" him...and we ended up looking a little matchy matchy (with black bottoms, gray shirt, and denim) but still cute right!? ope you like the pictures and have a fantastic weekend!

Y en el cuarto día llegamos a TOLEDO; una ciudad que nos fascinó. Al ser tan amurallada, está intacta- hay momentos que sientes que viajaste en el tiempo o que estás en el set de una película medieval . Aparte tiene una mezcla de architectura y cultura debido a la gran convivencia de católicos, judíos y musulmanes. También es conocida por sus espadas; nos llamó la atención que en cada esquina vendían algo del Señor de los Anillos y es que las espadas de la película son de Toledo. Como siempre: caminamos muchísimos, comimos muchísimo, y disfrutamos aún más. Este día Gabo me dejó "vestirlo"- y terminamos estando medio gemelitos (ambos con pantalones oscuros, tonos grises, y mezclilla). Espero que les gusten las fotos! Abrazos y FELIZ FIN DE SEMANA!!

Last Monday, Gabo helped out in a fashion photoshoot at a place called Viscaya, maybe you remmeber it from a post last year. A lot of people go there to take pictures, especially for weddings, a sweet sixteen- you have no idea how many girls were dresses as princess there....crown included. Since that place is AMAZING, I really wanted to go again- and the weather was appropriate for faux leather leggings. However, ombre shirt was definitely the focus of the outfit- a lot of you were asking me about it on Facebook and Instagram (@nanysklozet). I ended up the look with some silver touches like the silver necklace, some studded booties, classic black bag, and some cat-eye sunglasses. I hope you liked the look and have an amazing weekend! El lunes pasado Gabo tenía que ayudar en una sesión de fotos en un sitio que se llama Viscaya, que tal vez recuerden de un post el año pasado. Es un sitio típico donde la gente va a hacerse las fotos de novia/quinceañera- y no tienen idea, habían al menos 6 vestidos gigantes de princesa...corona incluida. Como de verdad el sitio es espectacular, quise acompañarlo y pasamos la tarde ahí- aparte que fue un día un poco frío, perfectos para estos leggings de "cuero". Pero el foco de este look, y ya han preguntado mucho en Instagram y Facebook, es definitivamente la camisa en degradez de morado a blanco. Agregué detalles plateados como el collar, y los botines tienen taches también. Espero que les gusten las fotitos! Un abrazo inmenso y FELIZ FIN DE SEMANA!
